Today we had Total Comfort Replace and Install a brand new AC unit and furnace in out house. Our previous AC unit was 20 years old, and wanted to update it. Randy and Anthony are Awesome!!! They did a fantastic job and my husband and I are very happy with the whole process. The whole installation team was great, professional, and finished the job within one day! BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! This company will try to sell you stuff you don't need & the techs come to my house smelling like marijuana every time!!!! I've called and spoke with a guy named Carlos & he was a total a-hole and made me feel really dumb. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!

I bought new home and there was noise coming out one of AC duct in my master bedroom. Don from total comfort came to inspect and he took time to detect the issue. He explained me very well and took care of that issue. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable person. I would definite recommend this company especially Don! Thumbs up!
