My A/C unit stopped working over the holiday weekend and for all that are not aware these particular days were the hottest days of the year needless to say we were boiling over no...literally..melting ..lol..we had another company scheduled to come out however they did not make it so we reached out to Total Comfort Inc. and within 24 hours they were at my house I was greeted by a professional and friendly fella by the name of Kyle. He was able to assess the situation and resolve the problem promptly! I called him ""The hero of the day""

Wow, we had an amazing experience with KYLE W. at Total Comfort. Kyle was able to diagnose the problem with our downstairs AC quickly and fix the problem in less than 1 hour. It was affordable, quick and super easy! Thank you again Kyle for your professionalism and knowledge! Great customer service!

We requested a quote from Total Comfort for a Quiet Cool whole house fan. The guy who came over was nice and professional but the quote he offered was $4000 higher than other companies offering the same product. We don't know if he was taking advantage of me being a woman (my husband was not at home) and assuming I'm ignorant or what else was going on but to offer the same 4.5 Quiet Cool fan for $4900 while everyone else I called stated between $1300 and $1500 installed is asinine. And I have the quote in writing! I called the company after he left asking why their price was so high. The person who answered the phone said she would have someone call me but they never did. Please do your due diligence and get quotes from other companies before settling on Total Comfort. Will be sharing the information to Quiet Cool to see if they want to continue having a company like this offer their product. Shame on you.

Had an estimate for an Ductless split system for my house. The person that came to the house was vary friendly and professional. After he was done he made a phone call and had my estimate right away. Little on the pricey side. Did not end up going with them.

He was on time, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He was extremely honest, and straight to the point ! I will definitely be using them from here on out.

Total Comfort sent their HVAC technician, Randy Gutierrez to work on my AC thermostat. He was able identify the problem and changed it out quickly and efficiently. He also checked my air filter and checked the temperature output with his laser readers to ensure proper air distribution. Additionally, he checked the ducts in the attic to make sure they were properly sealed, luckily they were. Finally, he gave me an estimate on a more efficient AC unit. I was very satisfied with the service.

Today we had Total Comfort Replace and Install a brand new AC unit and furnace in out house. Our previous AC unit was 20 years old, and wanted to update it. Randy and Anthony are Awesome!!!
