I recently hired Total Care Plumbing to address a leak under my slab at my home that we discovered on Sunday. I called Monday for an initial consultation. Brad was able to fit me in after an early morning job. Not only did he diagnose the issue efficiently, but they also took the time to explain the problem. Brad and his apprentice Christian were prompt, courteous, and transparent about the scope of work and pricing. He said, "We do plumbing, we don't do sheetrock." Good enough! Their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship truly stood out. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Total Care Plumbing for routine maintenance or emergency repair. I trust them to deliver excellent results.

Didn't have a bad experience, per se. However, I had a slow-draining kitchen sink with a disposer that wouldn't run. All it took was one turn of an Allen wrench and less than 60 seconds of work (if that). I was charged $99 for this, which I think is a little ridiculous. You build clientele through fairness and integrity. And I just feel that I was a little taken advantage of, given the work performed. Will be a bit hesitant to use/recommend this company going forward, unfortunately.

We were having trouble with back bathroom water not heating up for sinks or shower. Found Total Care Plumbing and it was super easy to schedule an appointment and Brad came out the next day. He was 15 minutes early, replaced the cartridge, tested and cleaned up after. He was friendly and professional and I highly recommend them if you need a plumber.

Today at 9:30 a.m. I called TCP and spoke with Brad. His crew was just finishing a job nearby so they met me at my home 15 mins later. They quoted a price and snaked my kitchen drain and cleared it quickly. My drain was cleared and they were out the door by 10:15 a.m. Amazing!! VERY reasonable price. Friendly professionals. Cannot say enough great stuff about Brad and his helper, Christian. HIGHLY recommend+++++++++

Had Brad out to fix a slab leak a year ago and he did a great job. Then last night I suddenly had the new pipe leak and water started raining down through the wall. Turns out a mouse had gotten in and chewed through the new pipe! Brad came as soon as he got my message and repaired the mouse damage quickly. He even treated it as warranty repair even though it was a critter problem and not his fault! Service like that is awesome and it's great to have someone that takes care of his customers!
