They did a great job. Call was taken immediately by office personnel (i think Lizzy). Responded to in timely fashion. Staff was knowledgeable (collin). He answered my questions. And was polite. Good work!

Rather rude. Had them out for a quote. The guy called the tub and surround I bought cheap....it was one of the higher priced at Menards. Cheap was his exact word. House is all copper and he said they install PEX in NICE new EXPENSIVE houses....rather insulting.

Clearly doesn't need work.

Locally Vilandre said it was a good tub easy to install and could have it done in a day or 2.

A pipe broke in my house. I called them and they said they didn't want to drive out to help me. I am in Hatton so it is not a far drive. I told them they were the only people picking up the phone and that was open. They still wouldn't help. I pointed out they should change their name from caring plumbing to convenience plumbing.

I have had two amazing interactions with Total Care Plumbing. One was a scheduled visit to get a gas line installed. The second was an emergency call for a frozen leaking water pipe. They came immediately and fixed the issue promptly. I highly recommend them!
