Joaquin is very trustworthy and reliable! I have been using him for years as we rent an old home and had issues with the kitchen sink backing up. He opened up the drain for us and opened it up so that we will not have the same issue again. He is clean and does not leave a mess, he always cleans up the area he works in. I highly recommend Joaquin and Jesse from TCP Total Care Plumbing (formerly Ayala Plumbing). Due to the recent storms, my drain system failed completely, my master bedroom and restroom got flooded. These men are very professional and responded quickly. They not only replaced my drain pipes they also added 2 drainage grates that where much needed in my front yard. They did an amazing job. I can't say enough about Joaquin and Jesse.
Very reasonable price. This was not covered by my home owners insurance. I will definitely be calling TCP for all future plumbing needs.

I was so lucky to get Ayala Plumber's number from Downey's Nextdoor app, I needed a new water heater, when I called, Joaquin answered he set an appt and was very prompt, he said he would be able to replace on the same day I called him but he did have one other customer ahead of me, Joaquin returned after a couple of hours with a new water heater. Found Ayala Plumber through Nextdoor. I was a little hesitant at first since I've had difficulties in finding a reliable, honest, and efficient plumber. After going through several reviews, I decided to make an appointment with them. My phone call was answered very quickly and they were able to stop by to see the problems I was having within a few minutes and provided me with quotes for the work. They left since they had another appointment but said they would come back around 1pm. They arrived about 15-20 minutes before 1pm. They fixed the leak in my bathroom by replacing the knob and the spout and even left a new shower head. They fixed our outside spout that was leaking. They purchased a new kitchen faucet (and provided me with the receipt) and fixed/replaced the piping below the sink. They'll be coming back next week to patch up the ceiling that was damaged due to the bathroom leak since it needed more time to dry. They have excellent communication and customer service. They showed me every little thing they would be replacing before doing the work and then showed me afterwards once the work was completed. I really appreciated that they took the time to do that and really make sure that I was satisfied. They also completed everything in a little over 2 hours. They didn't mess around and got straight to work. Their price point was great too. Can't say anything bad about them. So glad that they took my call because I have a Missouri area code. Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs. Thank you so much Ayala Plumber and the Nextdoor community! I can see why they are a neighborhood favorite.

Update: They came back today to patch the ceiling and did a great job! Still very satisfied with all of their work.

This is the Best Plumber I have ever used. He and his team Re Piped my father's home in 1 day ! This included patching the walks and a few other plumbing issues. He guarantees his work for a full 10 years . He and his team were professional and clean. I highly recommend and wish there were more than 5 stars to give!
