He arrived earlier than he said and he diagnosed my issue and got working on it fast and efficiently. Gave me a reasonable price. He was clean, professional and friendly. Turns out, I had used his services previously. So, without knowing I selected his company once again. I will definitely be calling this plumber again in the future.

I was so lucky to get Ayala Plumber's number from Downey's Nextdoor app, I needed a new water heater, when I called, Joaquin answered he set an appt and was very prompt, he said he would be able to replace on the same day I called him but he did have one other customer ahead of me, Joaquin returned after a couple of hours with a new water heater. I already put Joaquin's number in my contact list because I will be using his services when ever needed. He was very professional, called me when he was in his way and he gave me a very good price.

Found Ayala Plumber through Nextdoor. I was a little hesitant at first since I've had difficulties in finding a reliable, honest, and efficient plumber. After going through several reviews, I decided to make an appointment with them. My phone call was answered very quickly and they were able to stop by to see the problems I was having within a few minutes and provided me with quotes for the work. They left since they had another appointment but said they would come back around 1pm. They arrived about 15-20 minutes before 1pm. They fixed the leak in my bathroom by replacing the knob and the spout and even left a new shower head. They fixed our outside spout that was leaking. They purchased a new kitchen faucet (and provided me with the receipt) and fixed/replaced the piping below the sink. They'll be coming back next week to patch up the ceiling that was damaged due to the bathroom leak since it needed more time to dry. They have excellent communication and customer service. They showed me every little thing they would be replacing before doing the work and then showed me afterwards once the work was completed. I really appreciated that they took the time to do that and really make sure that I was satisfied. They also completed everything in a little over 2 hours. They didn't mess around and got straight to work. Their price point was great too. Can't say anything bad about them. So glad that they took my call because I have a Missouri area code. Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs. Thank you so much Ayala Plumber and the Nextdoor community! I can see why they are a neighborhood favorite.

Update: They came back today to patch the ceiling and did a great job! Still very satisfied with all of their work.

This is the Best Plumber I have ever used. He and his team Re Piped my father's home in 1 day ! This included patching the walks and a few other plumbing issues. He guarantees his work for a full 10 years . He and his team were professional and clean. I highly recommend and wish there were more than 5 stars to give!

Ayala Plumbing did my re-pipe and I am very pleased. Went with Pex to replace aging galvanized pipe and experienced a real difference in household water pressure. Joaquin and his team were fast, efficient and most importantly very conscience of not leaving any trace of debris. What I liked was there was no middle man selling me a bill of goods and then handing me off to some contractor I've never met. Joaquin's quote was VERY reasonable compared to others and he was onsite during the job working and available to answer my questions.

Joaquin is the man. When I first hired him it was only to put in an ice maker line for my fridge. He did such a good job and was so professional and reasonably priced that I hired him to do an entire re-pipe for the whole house. Not only did he do a great job with the re-pipe, he got it done in 1 day. He brought a crew of 10 guys who were all professional and nice and they started at 7am and were finished by noon. He also relocated my water and gas line for the laundry dryer and put a drain for the washing machine. After the job he double checked and tested all his work for leaks and gave me a thorough walk thru of everything he did. (Picture is of my old galvanized piping that he replaced with pex)
Fast forward 3 weeks later I noticed bubbling from my toilets and then both clogged up. There def was a clog in the main line. I called Jose at 9pm and explained the situation and asked if there was anyway he could squeeze me in because my wife and baby really needed to use the toilets and shower. He came out 6:30 am the next morning! That was awesome and I really appreciated it. He snaked the main line from 2 different clean outs and went in both directions until the clog cleared, and again he double checked his work that the water was now draining clear of any obstruction.
Can't say anything bad about joaquin, he is an honest and knowledgeable plumber and you def don't feel ripped off or like he is charging you for repairs you don't need. He fixes exactly what is broken and he doesn't charge you an arm and a leg for simple fixes. Highly recommend. He will be my go to plumber, small or big jobs, from now on. Thanks Joaquin!

Joaquín, is a great worker, he did a change of my water heater to tankless, and completely made it better than before, less water used, more money saved, they cleaned up after themselves, they were on time, and did me a solid, hablan español y inglés, muchas gracias y los recomiendo, I recommend them 100% and will use them again in my future inevitable clogs, thank you guys!
