I have worked with Mike for 7 years. He is honest, affordable and does appreciate a check and/ or cash payment. Sounds like charging a little extra for a credit card payment is normal.

Mike has done work for me twice. Once he fished our snake out of sink drain and rebuilt the pipes under the sink. Another time he installed a new main water line from the alley to the house. He did it quickly and inexpensively. Wow, an affordable, honest plumber!

Mike Garcia is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They charge a surcharge on credit card transactions, which is illegal in the state of Colorado. They were not open to any other forms of payment except a check, which had to be mailed. Then, after we agreed that I would send him a check, he flat out refused to do the work, despite having a signed contract. He was extremely rude and confrontational over the phone. I strongly caution anyone to think twice before dealing with this guy. Not a good person.
