Great service! My water wasn't getting hot, I assumed it was my thermocouple. I went out and bought a new one and hired Torres to change it for me. He could've easily changed and overcharged me for it. Instead, he was HONEST and told me all I needed was a cleaning of the part, and I ended paying less than half of the quote. You don't find too many businesses like this these days. Call them if you're in need of a plumber.

Came into work this morning to see that my community drain was clogged. It's unfortunate that I'm the one that seems to only call for help when nobody else in the plaza takes responsibility. I was frantically looking for a plumber that would come in as early as 7am in the morning and grateful to have found Angel. He immediately responded with an estimate and came within the hour. He thoroughly explained to me what he was doing when I had asked him and completed the job quite quickly and clean. Easy going guy, professional, and a great value for his estimate. I got home from vacation yesterday and Angel arrived on time today. My nephew and brother tried to fix my clogged toilet before I got home. Unfortunately they were not able to. Torres Drain & Water Heater (Angel) was very kind, professional and fixed my toilet within 10 minutes!!!! He did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! Not to mention the price was excellent! I would like to give a shout out to Fabian. Honest and hardworking guy. Both my toilets got clogged at the same time so I knew it was the main line that was backed up. After calling multiple plumbers , I called his company and he quoted me cheaper than everyone else. And while the others said they couldn't come out until the next day, Fabian said he could be here within an hour and so he was. And this was already in the evening. He wrote up a contract on the price we agreed, got the job done and was on his way to another job. Great guy, and is willing to answer any plumbing questions you have. He even ran a camera down my main line and showed me other issues he recommended to get taken care of with no pressure whatsoever. I will definitely be reaching out in the future to get more work done. Thanks Fabian, and best of luck with your buisness.

Angel is my go to plumber hired him twice, first time was my kitchen backed up last year and on Saturday I had a back up in my bathroom he diagnosed the problem, explained what and how he was going to do the work. I had a bush trunk go thru my sewage pipe and did some damage. He replaced my pipes, added a clean out drain & cemented my walk way they had to break to get to the main. Price was good. Very professional, works clean, very communicative and always on time. I strongly recommend them. Let me add that Angel gives you that vibe that you've known the guy for years, very good person and great personality.

Phenomenal, I had an emergency and on a Sunday they responded quickly shows up ahead of time (which never happens) and took care of the problem ASAP. No up charges no gimmicks the price he quoted was the price I paid. Highly recommend!
