My kitchen faucet stopped working and I only had a limited amount of time to get it fixed. I got numerous responses on yelp, but Eric was the only one who responded that he could come right away. He was here in under an hour and was able to fix the problem immediately. He is very knowlegable and knew exactly what to do. He was professional, courteous and even had time to fix two other things that were not major. I will definitely call Eric any time that I need a plumber and will encourage my friends who live out here to do that as well. I understand that this is a family business and they are definitely worth your support.

With a smart kitchen faucet on the brink and little time in town, I needed to get this thing fixed quickly. At 8am, a quick Yelp search led to a few text messages and a technician at the house by noon.

He knew exactly what he was doing and how to fix it, explaining in non-plumber ease what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again.

The price was less, by a lot with some, than the other competitors who had messaged me, not to mention a firm noon appointment. The others had 2 to 3 hour windows in the afternoon.

Lucky? Maybe, but many times ""luck"" happens because you're prepared, competent, and oh by the way, very friendly and personable.

I'm not a plumber and I didn't play one on TV, but Eric Torres Commercial Plumbing most certainly is.
