We had no idea that our kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking sewage into our crawl space until curiosity led me to crawl below the house to see why our kitchen smelled so damp. I was shocked to find the entire side of the house was flooded. I got three plumbers to come assess the situation and got three different ""theories"" on what was happening, including three wildly differing quotes. Torogas was the only plumber to correctly diagnose the problem, and was also the most reasonably priced (no gimmicks, add-on insurance plans, or other upsell attempts). Torogas just jumped right into the sludge, carefully examined what was going on, took pictures to show me, and explained what it would take and how much to fix the issue. I was expecting him to come back another day after I committed to his quote, but he actually went back to his truck, got his tools, and started working right away. Torogas was very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. I'm happy to report the sink is working great with no issues since!
