Mike and his team are the best! They are professional and always courteous!
I have an extremely old house with steam heat (which I am not a fan of ..). Every time I have had to call to have repairs, service, or any other plumbing issues Mike is always responsive. If it has not been a dire emergency, he is timely in scheduling, his teams shows up on time and the job is completed in a timely manner. If he can't get right out to the house, he always asks the right questions and has us send him pictures of the issues. I highly recommend Mike and his team for any plumbing needs.

**UPDATE** Although it doesn't change the fact that I've had to do both jobs myself, I got a call from Mike, the owner, and he apologized for what happened. He explained that manning has been an issue. I can understand that and have updated my rating based on the fact that he took the time to call and clear things up.

I've dealt with Torode on a couple occasions. First time I called them was for a tub leak that was coming thru the ceiling. One of their guys came over, tore open the wall behind the shower dial, did some testing and said they couldn't find the leak. The problem persisted and I then received an invoice for something they didn't fix but had to fix myself after watching some YouTube videos. The owner was ""kind enough"" to cancel the charges, so when I needed a water filtration system installed in my home I gave Torode a second chance and called them back up to do the job. The owner came over, looked at my system and the location for the install and said he would have a quote for me in about a week. I waited and waited and nothing. I wasn't going to keep chasing someone who apparently doesn't need my business. A simple call stating whether he wanted to do the job or not would have been helpful. Either way, niceness only gets you so far. I will not be using them again and will not recommend them to anyone else. I wish anyone luck if they decide to call Torode for their services.

Mike and his team are amazing to work with. They helped replace our water heater with 24 hours when it finally gave out on us right before the holidays last year! Plus, he and his team did great work on our bathroom renovation and went above and beyond to help us out when our furnace gave out during a bitter cold day! We will definitely use Torode plumbing again for our future plumbing needs.

We were selling our house and the inspection was a couple days away. I called Mike Torode telling him it was urgent we get our shower leak fixed and he sent someone over the next day. Kevin fixed the shower leak in short time and our inspection went well. I would recommend Torode Plumbing and use them again!

We had a great experience with Mike and Torode Plumbing. Called him few days on plumbing emergency in the middle of the night with a leaking water heater.
He video conferenced me and walked me through all the steps to turn off the water heater.

He came next day evaluated the situation and recommended not only the right fix but a long term fix. He recommended us an energy efficient tank less heater he also spoke to us about the rebate from mass save for an energy efficient water heater. His team did an excellent job and they didn't leave any stone unturned.

After working on the new conversion for the whole day he found a leaky faucet that was rusted pretty bad. He ended up spending another couple of hours
to carefully cut the whole rusted pipe without damaging the sink.
Great work ethic. Great team of people. He and his team cleaned up all the work area before leaving.

He was also safe, respectful, and reliable in the times of COVID here in Massachusetts.
I recommend his services to all my friends and will be directly calling only him from now on for any plumbing fixes.

My sister called our 2nd cousin in Tewksbury to find out about her plumber, Torode and turns out he was the better pricing for new hot water tank and sent out 2 young men at the last minute 2 days before thanksgiving. The men did a good job replacing hot water tank in my basement. Because they were willing to do it last minute in the last hour of the day, I gave each men my homemade freshly pumpkin rolls to take home. I called their boss, Torode to thank him for the great quick service. I told him that I would need him again for leaking/weak water pressures after holidays. He said to called and schedule an appt. I did and called several times. No call backs from him. He answered once and I was so glad to catch him but he said for me to call back at 430pm as he was in middle of the job. I got busy with work myself at 430pm, however, I called back several times and texted him once. Nothing. I was disappointed that they didnt call me back for more jobs needed taken care of at my house. I thought that Torode would be my regular plumber to call to. Guess not. Well, gone to call other plumbers now.
