I've used them twice now. Once for routine service on our A/C. Then for a plumbing project.

I've had another company out to service my A/C and it was running just fine. It was not unusual for them to tell me that the condenser fan was ""amping up"" and could go out at anytime. That it would be about $500. Then they tried to tell me that the evaporator had a blockage and it would be about $1200-1400 to replace that. This was the company that uses the former OU football player for their spokesperson. They had sold me a condenser fan motor a couple of times. It was working too good for the evaporator to be blocked. I dismissed them, and called another company a couple of weeks later. They checked the system, gave it clean bill of health and left. I used that company for a while and they started trying to sell a condenser fan motor. Pandemic hurt their business, or did they hire a tech from the other company IDK? So I blew them off, waited a while and called Torch Services, he checked the system, said condenser fan motor was fine, refrigerant levels were good. He checked the motor start capacitor and said it was weak. He actually showed me the reading versus the capacitor ratings, which are plainly marked on it. He did not try to push it, he said, it might make it through the season, maybe longer, it might not. Since he was honest I let him replace it. Now that is something you can do it yourself fairly easy and cheaply, but beware capacitors can bite, hard!

My outdoor faucets needed work. The front one was leaking and a new washer didn't fix it. The back one if you turn it on, it's difficult to turn off completely. Both of these faucets are obsolete, and I couldn't find parts to fix them. I've tried Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware and Locke Supply, all to no avail. I got a quote from Torch for about $350 parts, labor, and tax to install a new modern frost free faucet in front and $450 for the back. We could tell they really didn't want to get involved with the back. The way its put in they would have to damage the brick wall. We authorised the job on the front. Outside it looks great and works great. The only thing is they had to cut a hole in the drywall in a closet inside the house. I've had another plumber work on our main cutoff valve in the same place. When any plumber cuts a hole in the wall, apparently the homeowner is responsible to get it fixed. It does leave kind of a mess. We decided to just not use the back one.

Torch took care of my parents, and now they are taking care of me...
My father could fix anything, and when plumbing repairs were needed he would 'shadow' the job. He said many times, these technicians are skilled and do the best job I have ever seen'.... One thing is certain in this life....
we are going to need heating/plumbing repairs , and when we do how reassuring to know that Torch will be there to provide the expert service, skill, and positive support needed for a job well done. 5*s to Josh and his entire team....... special thanks to Gavin, Conner, and Christian on my latest need. I've had companies come out to repair work I had torch do when we did a complete repipe. And laughed out loud at the work torch did. They suck and do substandard work and have kids do the work it's ridiculous I'll never have them do anything here again. Beware you have been warned. F- beware if you ask questions and see if they will fix what they fd up the owner gets butthurt and starts mouthing off at you.

Charged over $200 an hour plus a fuel charge while going to get the required part. This is usuary and when I I quoted the ow wr states he has to make a profit. They did not tell me they would charge 200+ an hour for part search. Did not get a itemized receipt either. While they fixed my issue, I was scammed

I had torch come and replace my valves under my bathroom sink. He did good work, only took about 15 minutes. He didn't hook up the lines to my faucet. 280.00. This is a rip-off. They are out of Owasso. I will not recommend them.

We had a leak in our upstairs shower that was coming in through our Ceiling. Torch came out immediately upon me calling/texting. The technicians that came to my house did a fantastic job! Found the leak quickly and fixed it. They were super friendly, just as nice as can be! I've had to call this Co out before for our heater. If you want dependable and trustworthy, this is the Co. you want. This is the only co I trust to come out and work on my house.

They charge way too much on the weekends. I had an emergency appointment the tool needed was not available in Home Depot or Lowe's or Ace hardware so the guy showed up and completed the job in less than five minutes and was paid almost $400 . I'm appreciative that Torch was able to come but I feel robbed, not to mention what happened later is a leak that caused other problems within the house because of only one issue being fixed with caused more pressure throughout the home. Oh well DiY but if you don't have the right tools you'll pay for emergency services.

Not trustworthy. Tried to sell me a new unit after telling me the compressor wasn't working after supposedly replacing the capacitor with a new one. Called another company...... they replaced the capacitor and it's running beautifully now! This other company saved me a few thousand dollars.

ITorch plumbing always goes above and beyond to make it as hassle free as possible. The customer service is always on point, and they are quick to come out. Often it is the same day or next day. Usually it is same day.
I use them for my rental properties too, and they are really easy to work with regarding payment and such.
