The technician took care of that promptly

The problem that then occurred was that he spent a lot of time trying to sell me thousands of dollars of potential repairs that I didn't need. Nothing was broken!!

He insisted that he wasn't trying to sell me anything. Is this not gaslighting?

Way overpriced! The service call was only $59 I think, the plumber was nice, but he couldn't assess any damage behind the wall without cutting a small hole in the sheet rock behind the leak, and just to do that, to make an estimate for the repair, he was going to charge me over $500! To just look through a hole in the wall! and that's if I decided right then and there for him to look. If I had him come back later, the price would go up to over $800, just to examine the leak and do the repair! He told me that it could cost me anywhere between 1700 and $3000 depending on how extensive the work would be. I didn't use them.
I found a local licensed plumber through next-door and he charged $175. Done.

His work was very thorough and he earned my trust by explaining everything. Rey came out to give a quote and was able to return and complete the job the next morning.
As a bonus, he noticed my garage door rail was not connected to the wall and missing a bolt. He took his time to fix it before he left and I was very grateful.

Marco Bianchi was punctual. He was very courteous and congenial. He quickly diagnosed the washer and dryer circuit faults and replaced the old circuit breakers and plugs. He even installed a washer 220 volt wiring fitting on the dryer that the delivery installers left off. He even recommended future circuit breaker box refurbishes for later.

They were a little pricey, but the work was prompt and very well done and the price does include a really good warranty and discounts on future work. Their communication with the customer is excellent. They keep you posted every step of the way (including pictures and bios of your technicians). We would definitely use them again.
