I had an arc-fault breaker in my home office that would trip as soon as I turned on anything in that room. I'm a handy person, and I did some basic troubleshooting myself, and I knew it wasn't the breaker. All indications were it was some kind of neutral-to-ground fault, which is notoriously difficult to find. So, rather than punish me with days of searching for the problem and countless trips to one of the big-box stores, I called TopTech and was not disappointed. They were on time, and the electrician was top-notch. Clean, courteous, experienced, and knowledgeable, he had the root cause found in about an hour. I'm delighted with TopTech and highly recommend them, and I will use them again.

It was easy to make an appointment, they came out in a timely matter. Marco was the technician and he did a great job fixing our oven wiring/junction box situtation. He was quick, efficient and didn't even mind being constantly supervised by a two-year-old. I felt like the whole experience was straightforward and honest, didn't get that feeling I've had with some other companies of being sold unneccesary repairs. I had one of their plumbers and one of their electricians come out. PLUMBING: Upgraded my old outdoor water faucet that was leaking and shooting water out everywhere whenever the garden hose was attached. He was very nice and detailed and made sure that I didn't have any other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed before leaving. I will absolutely continue to use this company for any/all future plumbing/electrical needs. Photos of the old faucet versus the new one :) ELECTRICAL: Rey is "the king" for sure! What I thought would be a simple replacement of two nonworking electrical outlets turned out to be extensive troubleshooting on his end due to what sounds like some "not up to par" previous electrical work on my home. Turns out it was a GFCI outlet that had actually had some burning on the inside wiring and a couple of wires connected the way they shouldn't have been. He was beyond determined to troubleshoot and figure out the problem and fix the problem and in the end that is exactly what he did along with explaining everything in detail in "non-electrical person" terms the entire time! I will absolutely continue to use this company for any/all future plumbing/electrical needs. Photos of some of the old outlets versus the new ones :)

After reaching the limit of our electrical knowledge, we threw in the towel and went to Yelp for a reco for an electrician to help find the cause of 3 powerless outlets. TopTech Electric & Plumbing was prompt in responding and was flexible with scheduling. Rey Vargas came out and was able to find the issue and make the needed repair. He was patient with our questions and educated us along the way. We are pleased with Rey's visit and are happy to have functional outlets again!

I am very pleased with TopTech Electric and Plumbing. Our front bathroom toilet wasn't flushing. Our sinks had been stopping up. This had been going on for a while. The tech came out the next day. He was on time. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The price he quoted was very reasonable. We were approved for financing. I wasn't sure if we would be.

The excavation team worked very hard in rain and mud. A lot of it. The plumbing team came out and got a big job done in a day. They were all friendly and professional. Their explanations were thorough and made sense. They were in and out of our house several times after a huge rain storm, and not one piece of mud was tracked in our house. This alone is a small miracle.

The team basically replaced all our underground bathroom plumbing for both bathrooms. They did it the right way and didn't cut corners. Our family is excited about the flushing power of our fully armed and operational bathrooms.
