I had a circuit out in my bedroom and a ceiling fan, in wall, control out. He quickly found the circuit outage solution. My fan control replacement had not arrived yet. He came back when it arrived 3 days later and installed it for free. He also set up a remote I bought for the fan. He was very personal and professional. I will be requesting him as my electrician in the future.

TopTech schedulers promptly and politely scheduled my appointments.

Dillon Ashton was very knowledgeable about the problems I was having and had a handful of different solutions for me on the spot. He was very genuine and honestly, not pushy like most, making his estimates trustworthy! Lastly, his and the scheduler (customer service) on the phone showed strong communication skills as they send you text letting you know how far they are from you AND a pic of the tech.

Changing my rating to 5 as the owner reached out to me and explained there was a new person in the office and they could service my home without me being there but needed the renter there and my authorization for work.
Will try them next job and I trust they will do 5 star work as I originally expected.

Sorry you feel that's it's necessary to scold people who give a bad review. a 30% higher quote than the market is not acceptable. Free or not.

I appreciate the great job Caleb and his team did on the complete installation of the humidity sensing exhaust fan in our master bathroom. He also switched the noisy old original exhaust fan in the toilet room and now it's sooo quiet. Very professional and conscientious.

Investigated our issue and found there was no evidence of a problem. Explained multiple possible reasons why it appeared we had an issue. Confirmed, showed, & explained to us there was no real problem and did not charge us for the service call. when we have a "real" electrical issue, they'll be our 1st call!

I just had TopTech Electric over for an estimate. Caleb was awesome today in his courtesy, kindness, respect, and professionalism. He seems highly knowledgeable and capable of doing the needed repairs. I was going to recommend to my wife that he be the one to fix our electrical problem. However, after he left, the owner called, first trying to pressure me, telling me that the estimate was free but Caleb came to give an estimate and DO the repairs. To me, that means the estimate isn't free. After a couple of minutes, his tone switched to berating and belittling me, telling me what I had said to the tech(though it was not true), and cutting me off/talking over me every time I tried to speak. Eventually, I told him he had just lost my business. A few minutes later, he called from his cell phone to start in on me again. I again told him he lost my business, and then hung up on him. Beware, their free estimate is free, but you are then expected to let them do the repairs, according to Mike the owner. I will not use this company due to the harassment by the owner Mike.
