We had just purchased a new clothes dryer and when the delivery man tried to install it, he said that he couldn't because there wasn't a vent kit in the wall. We were desperate for a plumber to install one ASAP. Kevin the plumber came to our rescue! Not only did he install the vent kit, he attached the dryer, hauled away our old dryer along with the box. The price was fair and Kevin was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Top Line Plumbing!

I had a clog that wouldn't budge, found Topline on thumbtack. Quick response time, and had a next day appointment. The tech was right on time, and very efficient at fixing the problem quickly and explaining how it happened. We will call them again for line maintenance to help prevent recurring clogs. Kevin, owner of Topline has been phenomenal this past few weeks We paid a contractor to install new plumbing, electrical, etc. in a rear addition. I had kevin inspect his wk. As i suspected, the plumbing was not only substandard, it was wrong. I mentioned i should get the rest inspected. I asked kevin for referrals. From that point, between correcting all the wrong, which went to the extent of breaking concrete, kevin fixed the drains, water lines, replaced the new shower valve he found that leaked and made sure the gas line was correct and safe, he contacted his referrals, followed up with them, and made sure the referrals were on time and their wk was done and accurate. I cannot express how much I appreciate nor praise Kevin's above and beyond help at a time that was most needed, His plumbing installation was perfect; often staying past 9:00 pm to make sure the job was be done right and to meet my deadline. I don't know of anyone who would clear several days from their wk schedule to focus on a client in desperate need to make a construction deadline by correcting another contractor's botched and unsafe work. Kevin and his crew did. They are professional, very respectful, polite, reliable and reasonably priced. I consider kevin and the crew from Topline to be a blessing from above. Thank you, kevin!

I needed a shower cartridge replacement. He canceled once, was a no show 2nd time. Was a no show 3rd time (acted as if had not confirmed). 4th time he went to wrong address, course corrected, and finally arrived 1:15 late. But the worst was when Kevin said I needed a cartridge replacement. He claimed his guys DID the cartridge replacement but that it didn't work and that I needed a FULL valve replacement AND a water softener (?!?). My tenant watched the entire thing and she even discussed with Kevin's workers the fact that they DID NOT have a cartridge on them. Nevertheless, Kevin called me and said I needed a full valve replacement.

Just had TopLine Plumbing come out today for an issue with our water heater that stop working.
They picked up the phone right away and arrive on time as they stated.
Kevin was very nice and thoroughly explained issue we had.
He then quickly fix our issue with water heater and in all he took 15 minutes to resolve.
The whole experience was great and we will definitely use them again in the future.
