Called Topgun Plumbing to repair toilet tank leaking into toilet. Allison answered promptly and relayed message to Al. He called back within the hour and set up appointment for next day with a verbal estimate of $200-250. Came on time, replaced angle stop and float valve and stayed within estimate. Courteous, timely, and on budget!! Definitely will recommend.

The northwest was hit by a big snow storm with black ice. My external irrigation pipe burst even though it was insulated.
Could not find the shut off so had to stuck off the main water so had not water.
Call around and no plumbers available for 2 weeks, could not get trucks out.
Called Top Gun located about 1 mile Al said said 2 weeks out.
I called again the next day and spoke to Al and he agreed to come out to cap the pipe. He inspected and saw that if he caped the outside pipe it will buster at again.
So he needed to locate where from the inside it was piped. He said usually you can access the crawl space form inside the house, my tenant found the place. al was able to turn off the valve and all is good.
Thanks Al for coming out to resolve the issue.
My tenant is hosting a baby on the weekend and now they have water.
5 stars.

Had a wonderful first experience with Top Gun Plumbing. Initial call was to fix a broken hot water line in the bathroom sink, but also had them replace a kitchen sink faucet that was leaking and rusted on. They had no issue with adding to the work queue and were very professional, gave the work estimate up front and got both jobs done in just over one hour for what I considered a very reasonable and fair price. Definitely going with this company for all of my future plumbing needs!

I had a leak in the water main going into my house which American Leak Detection company identified at the worst possible place: on top of a series of cement stairs going to the back yard. This would have been very expensive to replace after jack hammering the stairs to access the piping. Al specializes in water main repair and came up with an solution for repair that involved moving the water main access to the house to a lower level that required only a small cut in the concrete, where his teams skillfully replaced the concrete when the job was done. He replaced the whole water main at a reasonable cost ($6800) and left my asphalt driveway and concrete stairs in good condition.

I called them to fix a leak in a toilet bowl today. Al gave the work estimate upfront, seemed honest and reasonable. He was able to fix the leak, although he had mentioned earlier that he could not gurantee to fix it.

Excellent service. They were professional. They replaced a water line and they communicated what needed to be done and when it would be done. All-around great experience here in Seattle.

These guys were amazing! Very quick response, out for a quote and offered to fix an issue on the spot. Came back a couple days later to do more. Work was done, fixing the problem, as quoted - and the price was a fair one. The only reason why I don't give them 5 stars is because there was a little mud on my curtains from going in and out the slider!

Topgun Plumbing Co the Best!
The water dept. alerted us to a possible leak in our water line. After realizing it was outside between the meter and the house, we called a few plumbing companies. Al Smith, the owner of Topgun, answered himself and agreed to come the next morning. He arrived promptly at the time he said. He patiently and clearly gave us a fair and firm estimate. Later that afternoon his crew installed a temporary line until they could work us into their busy schedule.

Arron and Jake, the crew he sent to do the repair were efficient and considerate in answering any questions and explaining what they needed to do to successfully accomplish the job. They were careful not to disturb any landscaping or cement more than necessary. Their clean-up after finishing was super.
Arron was very conscientious about making sure that all was completed to our satisfaction.

Al, the owner, continued to be available to answer any questions we might have had and check that all was done as agreed.

GREAT CO! I have and will continue to recommend them to family, neighbors and friends.

I called the owner of Top Gun, explained the issue with my garbage disposal, and asked for an estimate of the service charge. He replied, ""Nothing."" I asked for a repair estimate. He replied it would depend on the time and work to be done; if it was a simple fix the charge would be minimal or nothing. I was skeptical.

Upon arrival, the technician donned his booties, proceeded to the kitchen, diagnosed and corrected the problem in less than 5 minutes and wished me a good day. Total cost: zero. I was astounded.

I also have three rental homes. Top Gun is now on my speed-dial and will be the only company I call. The company is the best I have ever known.

(I have posted this review on behalf of my father, but I was a witness to the great service provided. It made our day!)

Our master toilet was draining slowly/poorly and my efforts to plunge and auger it had failed. I called a couple other places on Yelp first--one never returned my call after a few days, and the other was booked for the next two weeks. Made my way down the list to Top Gun and left a message, Chris called back within minutes and said he could be at my house in an hour (I'm pretty sure I lucked out scheduling-wise).

Chris was extremely professional and had the toilet unclogged within minutes. I mentioned off-hand that I hated the water pressure in my house (too low) and he offered to climb down into the crawl space and adjust the pressure regulator. Now I can actually spray food off my plates easily and wash my car with something better than a pathetic, limp stream.

Before he left, Chris also pointed out a couple things I should make sure to check regularly (like the expansion tank on my water heater). All in all, I paid about what the average seems to be for the work I had done, and the speed and courtesy with which it was done means I'll go with them in the future.
