Had am emergency issue with my heat pump. Had been away for the weekend and come home to find my AC head flooded my attic. All the other companies I had called could not schedule me and fortunately I found top flight. Call them at 3:00 and by 5:00 had Sam and Juan at my house to fix my issue. Unfortunately I was advised that my 24-year-old system was an old outdated refrigerant and although they offered to repair the system for me, they were happy to explain and show me what that would have taken and for me a replacement with much more sensible. The very following day Sam and Juan came back out and installed a variable speed two stage communicating system that I just can't stop bragging about! LOL oh, and! I have 2 years of maintenance so I'll make sure to have cookies and Gatorade ready for these guys when they come out. What a hard-working company. Thank you top light if you want a great deal and an honest and genuine company called them up!

Had an emergency repair on my AC unit during this heat wave. Talked to Cord and they came over the next day. Had a few quotes but decided to go with them. Price was very reasonable. They had great customer service and were very knowledgeable. Would def use them again and recommend.

100% would recommend. Had an emergency plumbing issue over the weekend and was still able to get someone to my home right away and fix the issue on the mainline. Cord is very friendly and straight forward explained to me the issue and when he can get it done. Would recommend 10/10 and will be giving Topflight a call anytime I have a hvac or plumbing issue.

Do NOT use this company!
Although they had a quick response time, they did their best to try and gouge me for up to $2,000, which is absolutely ridiculous. After consulting with 2 other HVAC professionals, they agreed this company was trying to take advantage of me. I'm getting my AC fixed and it's costing approximately $300, not between $1,500-$2,000 as topflight indicated. Do your homework because there are a lot of shady businesses who will prey on people who they think do not know what parts/labor cost. The tech's (Cord) answer when I confronted him about the price gouging was ""they have to make money"" and ""they are a business"". I believe in businesses making money, however I do not believe in price gouging. Beware of Topflight- find someone with scruples.

very clear on answering questions and the fast service. My husband met with Cord and he provided inspection on the A/C (HVAC) which he informed my husband that the A/C has no issue including no waterleak from the A/C. Because he had to spend time coming over and performing the inspection, my husband offered him pay on his time and service but he kindly declined. A great gentleman with integrity. will definitely reach out to Cord if any future AC issue comes
