My water heater broke Friday evening. Saturday morning I called Top to Bottom and within a few hours Isiah arrived at my door. He was able to get the heater working temporarily while he searched for the correct parts. Due to the age of the heater, it was very difficult to get pets, and the timeline didn't work for me. Isiah got me a brand new water heater and installed it the same day I made the choice. His prices are very reasonable, considering he basically provided me same day service twice, and spent over 2 days searching for parts. He is extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He even welcomed me to the area. I highly recommend Top to Bottom, and will definitely be using their services again as we continue to upgrade and maintain our new (old) home!
