Update: Taylor and Lance checked my hot water heater and found that American Home Shield failed to vent properly. My family and I were lucky that we didn't get sick. They fixed it immediately. I am so grateful for their work ethics and actually caring about their clients. I'd recommend Top Tier Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumbing service. So friendly and caring. I can't say enough good things about them.

AMAZING company! I sent a message and had a response within 30 minutes. They were able to come out the next day and look at our malfunctioning garbage disposal. Fernando was prompt and very knowledgeable. The problem was a simple fix, and we weren't charged for the call. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber. No.1 I never leave reviews so this is a real one so stick around and stop searching this is the company you want and need!!!!!!!!!!!!

No.2 Tayler is the guy who deserves a specific review however the company has been pleasant to work with

No.3 When I say he's trustworthy and worth having come out I'm telling you he's TRUSTWORTHY AND WILL COME OUT TO YOUR RESCUE

No.4 He made time in his day that his schedule lady said it would be impossible to try to us into to accommodate my family's schedule but said she would squeeze us in for a free estimate

No.5 Tayler reached back out to me after said interaction stating ""When there's a WILL there's a way."" He not only came out for a free estimate that was a better price than all the other people who have been raping our wallets

No.6 He's respectable, informative, genuine and funny on top of it all

No.7 He was knowledgeable about all aspects of our current remodel instead of ""just"" plumbing which ended up being a huge blessing as we now know more than we did before he came. Apparently he has an extensive background in construction so he started looking at things and pointed out a few things and gave pointers as well as resources with another company Madison Construction group that I already have an appointment with tomorrow

No.8 When he left we couldn't stop talking about him because we were left thinking who in the world is that guy and where did he come from. He was unlinke any other blue collar that has entered our home that has been nothing short of a huge headache. He literally took a few things of our list so now we don't have to YouTube diy it as we're on a serious budget

No.9 After he left we realized he fixed and installed our medicine cabinet in our bathroom. That piece of shit cabinet has been my worst nightmare and we've been trying to put it up for months. When we weren't looking during his inspection for our free estimate he must have snuck in that present

No.10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GUY! 10 out of 10 hands down made our day and left us in great spirits on this project that has been a damper on our year

No.11 Not only did he make time for the estimate but was able to fix our shower, installed a cabinet out of kindness but also took a look at our projects going on and saved our asses to say the least
