Had a very good experience with this company. Been having a problem with my drain in the laundry room. Steven was a very knowledgeable individual. He found my issue with my drain that I have had for numerous years. He put a scope in the drain & showed me the trouble we have had for years. Other plumbers came out a just gave me a temporary fix. Steven gave me three options to fix the issue, and I took the permanent fix which cost more but I feel we have finally resolve the issue. I would highly recommend this company

We had a great experience with this company. Rudy was our plumber and he advised us the sink was draining slowly due to the old garbage disposal being gunked up and clogged. The battery on the disposal was also giving out so we opted for replacement. After replacement we had no issues with the sink draining and the disposal runs perfectly.

The dishwasher drainage hose was bent in half and every time we ran the dishwasher it would spray out of the air gap trap up by the faucet and completely flood the counters even spilling onto the floors. It would also leak underneath the sink. A new bendy drainage hose was installed and Rudy made sure all the seals were secure in the piping under the sink. We ran the dishwasher to be sure and had zero leaks up top and underneath the sink. After the first visit the leaking was better, but not 100% resolved, but the owner Nathan was gracious and had Rudy come back next day to completely resolve the issue. The connections for our sink/disposal/dishwasher were a bit odd and tough to get set up correctly, but they made it happen. Price was reasonable considering all the work they did. Had to call for these guys last minute last night I tried to do a home project of installing a bidet. Well we had some leaks and panic set in so gave top tier a call first time service from start to finish professional staff. Alex arrived hour after call lucky us he was in the area came in tighten all fixed cleaned area even offer to fix anything else great guy and he was honest on cost and provided above service treatment these guys will be our plumbers for the future.

I had thought the days of ""old school"" business practices were a thing of the past. You know, the type of business where customer is king,promises made are kept, and things were done right the first time.
But then I called Top Tier Plumbing.
A plumbing emergency resulted in a late night call to Top Tier.
Alan arrived a short time later. He was kind,helpful,informative, and most importantly,the consummate professional.
Life being what it is, my plumbing problems turned out to be more significant than I initially suspected, resulting in several days of work. Through it all, Alan was communicative, compassionate, and unparalleled in his workmanship. I had a chance to witness his work ethic and attention to detail and believe him to be a top notch technician. But, equally, I came to know him as an exemplary young man. Kudos to Top Tier for having the insight to hire this fine fellow!
I appreciate the compassion,empathy,understanding and professionalism Alan, Nathan, and Daniel demonstrated every step of the way. I am a man of simple means. I look for value whenever I can. For me, value is receiving the best service, without compromise, at the fairest price.
In my opinion, Top Tier does this.
I have found my ""go to"" plumbers going forward. I would encourage you to give them a try. I think you will find your "" go to "" plumbers as well!

I don't usually leave these reviews, but top-tier plumbing didn't excellent job. They gave me a price that was a third lower than everybody else they did the job and record time left everything clean was very courteous and kind. Highly suggest this company they do excellent work.

Had an emergency last Sunday afternoon. I called other plumbers who wouldn't be able to come and fix my plumbing issue. Eric/Top Tier was dispatched and arrived in 30 mins. He was professional, friendly and quickly assessed the issue. He checked all possible root causes and gave options to resolve the issue. We chose the best option with his help. I appreciated his ability to arrive quickly and provide the best solution.

My front lawn was soaked, I figured it was my main line to the house. Called on Saturday, they said they could come the next day, Sunday between 12 and 2. The technician pulled up at precisely 12.

Determined pretty quickly that it is in fact my neighbors who have the leak.

Even though they didn't do any work for me, everything they did do was punctual and professional. Will call them again.

I've used Top Tier twice and both times in an emergency situation. Last year right around this time, I found them during a search on a Sunday. They not only could accommodate a Sunday appointment, but Frank showed up super quickly and was able to resolve the issue. That issue ended up being more complex than imagined, but Frank made sure everything was working as it should after a long day of work.

Fast forward to this year, I had a pipe burst, causing me to have to turn off my main water line. I called Top Tier again and Frank was at my door within the hour. He diagnosed the issue, gave me two solutions, and I did end up going with the bigger fix, which involved about 2.5 days of work. He was thorough, kept me updated through the process, and everything is working as it should.

I cannot thank Top Tier enough. They've come through for me on two emergencies and will continue to be my first call.
