Update: whoever this company is hiring, is a crook. I personally went to the house with our personal plumber and there was nothing wrong with the water heater. After our plumber ignited the pilot, the water heater started working again. Trying to scam us out of over $4000 to get a working water heater replaced because he knew it was tenant occupied. What a joke. Be aware of scammers!

We asked for a quote and the plumber who showed up at the house has a horrible customer service and attitude.
First, he said we needed to replace the entire water heater because the parts will take a long time to arrive and it's tenant occupied. So, in order to make tenants happy, it's best to replace so they have hot water today. I was happy to replace it.
Then, I asked how much would that be, and instead of giving me an answer, he goes and elaborate a length answer of what he will do and what is needed and finally gives me an answer which is 3.5 times more than the market value.
We change water heater for other clients at least once a year so we are well aware of market value.
Then, he threatens me by saying I will inform your tenants you don't want them to have hot water today.
Wow!!!! this is not customer service. We have a right to refuse service and he should have known better that I put the request on yelp so other plumbers will be coming to give a quote as well.
RIDICULOUS company! Based on many reviews, I'm pretty sure I got a horrible plumber. So, my review is based on my experience with this plumber.

Eric and Daniel did an amazing job replacing the water main to my home. They were wonderful to work with and went above and beyond, which is a rarity these days. They immediately responded and came out to provide a free estimate and included more than one solution to my problem. ADT drilled thru a pipe while installing a camera, flooding my garage. I called Top Tier at 5:30pm, Frank was here in less than an hour. Job was completed by 7:30pm. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. Frank, the tech, was super nice and d professional. The cost seemed very reasonable, as well. I highly recommend Top Tier and they will be my first choice for any unfortunate plumbing needs I have in the future. Thank you.

Had a very good experience with this company. Been having a problem with my drain in the laundry room. Steven was a very knowledgeable individual. He found my issue with my drain that I have had for numerous years. He put a scope in the drain & showed me the trouble we have had for years. Other plumbers came out a just gave me a temporary fix. Steven gave me three options to fix the issue, and I took the permanent fix which cost more but I feel we have finally resolve the issue. I would highly recommend this company

We had a great experience with this company. Rudy was our plumber and he advised us the sink was draining slowly due to the old garbage disposal being gunked up and clogged. The battery on the disposal was also giving out so we opted for replacement. After replacement we had no issues with the sink draining and the disposal runs perfectly.

The dishwasher drainage hose was bent in half and every time we ran the dishwasher it would spray out of the air gap trap up by the faucet and completely flood the counters even spilling onto the floors. It would also leak underneath the sink. A new bendy drainage hose was installed and Rudy made sure all the seals were secure in the piping under the sink. We ran the dishwasher to be sure and had zero leaks up top and underneath the sink. After the first visit the leaking was better, but not 100% resolved, but the owner Nathan was gracious and had Rudy come back next day to completely resolve the issue. The connections for our sink/disposal/dishwasher were a bit odd and tough to get set up correctly, but they made it happen. Price was reasonable considering all the work they did. Had to call for these guys last minute last night I tried to do a home project of installing a bidet. Well we had some leaks and panic set in so gave top tier a call first time service from start to finish professional staff. Alex arrived hour after call lucky us he was in the area came in tighten all fixed cleaned area even offer to fix anything else great guy and he was honest on cost and provided above service treatment these guys will be our plumbers for the future.
