My husband and I just moved into our first home last year, so a plumbing repair wasn't something we had expected to happen so soon! Even more stressful when you don't have a go to plumber yet and need to shop around. Thankfully, it wasn't an emergency so it allowed myself and my husband the opportunity to get 4 quotes from different plumbers.

My husband and I without hesitation both agreed we liked Jim the best and felt he was genuine and honest. We also could tell he was very experienced. On top of that, his pricing was very fair.

Jim ended up fixing the leak by resealing our toilet, and we ended up getting a new water heater since ours was going on 17 years old and it was time.

We were very happy with the whole experience from the estimate to job completion. We are lucky to now have our go to plumber and would recommend him to anyone!

The owner, Jim, came to my house to start work. And has never returned. He started work on an exterior faucet on a very cold day which didn't seem like the smart thing to do and he said that he needed to stop because it was too cold. I have reached out to him at least 3 times to see if he will be coming back. He keeps telling me that he will probably come the next day and that he will call me the next day. That type of behavior happened prior to the work starting (which was already a bad sign) and then his behaviors have continued. He has not returned after indicating that he will the next day but then never does...so I have moved on to someone else because he's unreliable.

My hot water tank stopped heating up. I called Top Tier Plumbers. Jim talked me through finding the problem, I needed a new tank. He came out the next day to replace it. I highly recommend this company. Fast and reliable service, super nice people, and VERY competitive pricing.

Sorry a little late with this review - work was done in February of this year. Still incredibly happy with the work done!
Big shoutout to Jim from Top Tier Plumbers! We were in need of someone to replace our original cast tub with a new tub and tub surround. We also needed someone to replace the old cast water pipes throughout our basement.
Top Tier Plumbers was recommended to me by a friend so we had Jim come over to quote the job. We did get another quote to compare and his was not only much less but we were very comfortable with his knowledge and ideas of what he would do.
He also allowed us to do some of the prep work ahead of time to save some money. We were extremely happy with their work and would not hesitate to use them again.

Top Tier Plumbing is definitely a 5 star company. It's not often these days that you feel totally comfortable with a company doing great work and not taking advantage on pricing. We've lived in the area almost a year and have used a few different plumbers. None of them have been bad, but Jim at Top Tier Plumbers is a cut above the rest. He's fixed a leaking toilet and replaced a shut-off valve for us in the last couple months. Both times, he's been responsive, fast, professional, and honest about what needed to be done. Noticed my water heater leaking on Memorial Day and made several calls for quotes. Top Tier responded promptly and was the best of four numbers I received for the project. They were able to come out within two days after ensuring that it wasn't an emergency. They showed up on time, texted to let me know they were on their way and were in and out with the old heater replaced within an hour. I was walked through the process of relighting the pilot if needed in the future and told I could call them for directions. Best of all, the final price was exactly what was quoted. Was as painless an experience as I could have hoped for. Will be my first choice next time I need some work done.
