Thomas Jackson was assigned by Choice Home Warranty to diagnose my A/C unit on Thursday, May 2, 3024. To my surprise, he was able to come out Wednesday evening. He arrived and asked do I no which unit was mine and I said, no, I left that to the experts. I pay him the $85 service fee. He points out my unit and begins to work. He advises me that I'm cleared for a replacement a/c unit but he must send pics. He promised to return on Friday. We'll Thomas was a no show, no call. I called him on Saturday, May 4. 2024, he apologized and promised to return no later than Sunday. He arrives in a bad mood and begins to work He advised me that he diagnosed the wrong unit Wednesday, pointed to another unit, and began to work. He submitted pics and Choice Home Warranty will contact me. We'll Monday Choice Home Warranty denied my claim because my unit is still under warranty. That's impossible the unit was purchased and installed in 2008. Once again Thomas diagnosed the wrong unit. I appeal the denial, I text Thomas and ask for a refund or return and diagnosis the correct unit. We'll he Ghosted Me, Choice Home Warranty left me hanging. Never have I experienced such bad service in my life. Consumers beware of this guy and I canceled my contract with Choice.

If you want to make your issues worse these are the guys. Original issue was a slow leak that more than likely was just inside WE HAD WORKING AC . So we called for a leak check and Thomas who also goes by Rusty came out and told us there's one leak outside and one in the attic and he could fix it. So we decided to work on the ONE leak outside first. This type of job usually takes around 2-4 hours to fix. Thomas arrived around 9 am Saturday morning to start working and at 10 pm he still wasn't done and we're now WITHOUT the working AC we originally had. He comes out Sunday 10 am to finish and at 10 pm he brings me outside and says I fixed the original leak but now the other valve is leaking. (Which was never a problem before) he continued to lie and kept switching what the issue was. We had working AC before he touched anything but after his work we were left with no running AC and even more damage. We called a trusted company to come out and repair what he did and the tech informed us he used the wrong equipment which aided in the damage and we went from ONE to THREE outside leaks that he had to fix as a result. The trusted company/tech who resolved our issue was done in 5 hours. STAY FAR AWAY
