Pete and his staff at Top Shelf have been great for us with the many projects and fixes around our home.
They are responsive and very generous with their time. I called him today and he was in the area and available to stop by in less than 5 minutes. He was in and out, fixing our problem in no time.

Our shower drain was backing up. I called Top Shelf and two hours later Brandon and Wincy came out and snaked the drain. I asked them to check out the shower faucet, explaining to them we weren't getting any cold water. They solved the issue in minutes. Both were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up. My whole-house water filtration tank sprung a major leak and wouldn't stop spraying water all over the place, even after after I turned the shut off valve. I called Chris and he answered right away. we had a stuck water cartridge and couldn't remove it. i called top shelf to inquire about their services and chris actually gave me tips on how to remove it myself. that was so generous of him to help me try to fix it myself before needing to pay for his services. unfortunately, the cartridge was really stuck and i could not get it out myself. i called chris back and he was able to come by, remove it, replace it, and put the handle back together. chris was professional, efficient, and worked around my schedule. i highly recommend top shelf for your plumbing needs.

I was referred to Pete by a friend and he did a fantastic job. I contacted him on Sunday and he responded right away with an appointment the very next day. He was on time, even called the morning of to see if he could come early. Pete was very thorough and quick. He did not damage anything in the home and explained the process to me. Helped with recommending product comparisons that I otherwise knew nothing about, and I would use him again in a heartbeat. Very happy with their company!!

Left a message Sunday night that my hot water heater had died (ruptured)! By 2 o'clock today, Monday they installed a new hot water heater, hooked up my recirculation pump and had everything working! Miguel and his crew did a great job - cleaned up and left my garage looking better than it did when they started.
