I cannot praise this company enough. Yes, they are pricey, but I really think they are worth it. 
We woke up on a Saturday to a bathroom sink full of water and overflowing onto our floor. Turning off the water did nothing. They came out that afternoon and immediately knew that it was due to our A/C condensation not properly draining. He drained the water, cleaned the drain pipes, and gave us tips on how to prevent it from happening in the future.  It did cost us $325, which probably is high, but he was efficient, clean, and respectful.
He then looked at a couple of other issues (no charge) for us that we had been planning to get a contractor out for. He could have easily ""taken us for a ride"" on a couple of them, but he was totally straightforward and honest about what he saw and told us we could wait on repairs (and, save our money!). 
THEN, as he was leaving (and we had already gone inside), he went and checked our septic system for us. We had told him that our septic sprinklers had been going off a ridiculous number of times a day but that our maintenance company had told us everything looked fine. It took him less than one minute to find a hose that was not properly attached to the aerator pump. He obviously had no obligation to go out of his way to go look at our septic system - the fact that he did was just so kind. 
He also sent someone else out (again, no charge) to be sure we didn't have a leak somewhere as we had what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling. That gentleman (who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable) took one look and said we are totally fine. Again, completely honest. 
We have some toilets to replace and a few other plumbing issues to address, and I will absolutely be hiring them again. I absolutely recommend them!!

I was very happy with the service and you guys were able to provide. I had some issues in my room from some leaking water. And I guess it was some pipe in the wall. You guys were able to repair it without any issues. And it was a clean job. Also completed within the day. I will definitely call again.

We had our plumbing pipes really backed up for a while and only until our toilets started flooding did we really start looking for quotes. We had aAlan the tech come by and he was very professional with a reasonable quotes. So I decided to go with it and within a few hours my pipes were cleaned and more importantly, my toilets werent backed up anymore!! 5 out of 5 for the quality service!!
