Our garbage disposal unit was broken, and the handyman was unable to remove it. Sink faucet also needed replacing. They gave me a quote over the phone and sent Adrian out the next day. He, too, found the disposal to be very stuck, but persisted through a tricky removal. Faucet not straitforward, either, but he got both jobs done with skill and good humor and honored the initial quote despite the extra time involved. Such a joy to work with this company!!!

Adrian was amazing. They showed up within 30 min of me calling. I've been having issues with my dishwasher that I thought was because of a clog in my sink or garbage disposal. Adrian figured out the sink is fine and it's my dishwasher. He told me to get a new dishwasher and they'd come hook it up. He didn't charge me anything for the visit and was so nice and helpful. He didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what the issue was and took his time to be thorough. I will only use Top Sewer Ocean Park from now on. Thank you so much.

OMG, this company rocks!!! I called a different company and was promised someone would be at my house between a certain time... long story short, they completely flaked on me. After waiting ALL day and it's a Sunday night, I call Top Sewer Ocean Park and the amazing Harry who answered asked what the problem was and when I explained it to her he quickly assessed the situation and told me how to resolve the issue. No charge, no gimmicks, no ""emergency"" fee...she was awesome and was SO helpful! I will never call another plumber than the Top Sewer Ocean Park!

Danny and Harry fixed a kitchen slab leak for me.  It was a difficult job but they made it seem easy and we didn't even have to tear up the floor.  We had such a good experience back then so I gave them a call this morning when I was made aware of a few other plumbing issues at the same house.  Harry was very accommodating with his schedule, showed up in less than 30 mins and fixed the dishwasher that was not draining with a new air gap.  He fixed a toilet that wouldn't flush and fixed a drain from an a/c unit in the attic that leaked into the wall.  His price was very reasonable and he even played a couple tunes on the piano after he was done!  What a relief to know such great people!
