We just recently moved into our home and we were experiencing some plumbing issues. Naturally, we called a plumber to help us with this issue but didn't realize we were getting not only a plumber, but a really fantastic one! That, I don't say often. ;) Kevin Vega was so helpful, respectful, kind, efficient, and rolled with the punches that often come with plumbing issues. diagnostics. They showed up within the pre-
specified time window and were able to

Adrian was amazing. They showed up within 30 min of me calling. I've been having issues with my dishwasher that I thought was because of a clog in my sink or garbage disposal. Adrian figured out the sink is fine and it's my dishwasher. He told me to get a new dishwasher and they'd come hook it up. He didn't charge me anything for the visit and was so nice and helpful. He didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what the issue was and took his time to be thorough. I will only use Top Sewer Ocean Park from now on. Thank you so much.

OMG, this company rocks!!! I called a different company and was promised someone would be at my house between a certain time... long story short, they completely flaked on me. After waiting ALL day and it's a Sunday night, I call Top Sewer Ocean Park and the amazing Harry who answered asked what the problem was and when I explained it to her he quickly assessed the situation and told me how to resolve the issue. No charge, no gimmicks, no ""emergency"" fee...she was awesome and was SO helpful! I will never call another plumber than the Top Sewer Ocean Park!

We called in the evening and we talked to Danny who gave us the option of coming that evening or the next day. Fernando was assigned, notified us when he was on his way and arrived in the window promised. Danny and Harry fixed a kitchen slab leak for me.  It was a difficult job but they made it seem easy and we didn't even have to tear up the floor.  We had such a good experience back then so I gave them a call this morning when I was made aware of a few other plumbing issues at the same house.  Harry was very accommodating with his schedule, showed up in less than 30 mins and fixed the dishwasher that was not draining with a new air gap.  He fixed a toilet that wouldn't flush and fixed a drain from an a/c unit in the attic that leaked into the wall.  His price was very reasonable and he even played a couple tunes on the piano after he was done!  What a relief to know such great people!

Would definitely recommend for any plumbing issues! Despite calling during Covid, I was able to make a next-day appointment with convenient service window.  Fernando and Harry were very thorough, professional and prepared! They wore masks while in our home, and offered multiple solutions to our plumbing issue.  The problem was diagnosed and complete within an hour! Payment was quick and easy!  I have stored their information and will certainly use again in the future!
