Taking a cold shower is never fun at all, this place was nearby my house so I immediately gave them a call. It's like I hit the jackpot because these guys were very kind and when they got to my house followed all Covid safety precautions and were very kind. They were able to fix my water heater within an hour and they told me if I ever need a new one to call them and they will give me the best price. Thank you so much

Very fast, timely, respectful and knowledgeable. Mainline had a sewage block and technician was able to come within 1 hour and resolve the issue within 1 hour. Also showed me how to resolve this myself if it happens again. The price was very fair, would recommend to friends and family.

My friend called this company yesterday and they were able to come out the same day and unclog our washing machine/kitchen pipe. Our washing machine is draining perfectly today, which is so needed with a new baby at home! They worked quickly and were very nice, I would happily use them again!

Quoted price over phone but when showed up estimate was significantly higher.  Talked to office and explained each increase line by line and after looking at pictures made slight reduction in price because less than normal work required .  Finish quickly and my tenant said the job looked great.  Nice to find reputable company that is willing to work with you.

Top Sewer Mar Vista are great. They are fair and honest. I can call them if I have a problem and the owner always comes if all of his workers are busy. They installed a water heater for me and a month or so later, the pilot blew out. He tried to walk me through it, but when I was unable to do it, he was right here to light it for me. I feel that they go the extra mile. I highly recommend Top Sewer Mar Vista.

I would give them 10 stars if I could . I had a big problem with my pipes and I called Top Sewer Mar Vista and the girl who answered the phone I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but she had excellent customer service she gave me a appointment within minutes and Luis and his partner were here in 20 minutes from when I called them . They got here and we're super friendly and nice even though I waisted there time but I will definitely recommend this Plumbing crew to anyone who needs plumbing services and if I need one in the near future I will definitely be giving them a call . This was a very good experience from start to finish the representative from Top Sewer Mar Vista walk me through what the plumbers would be doing how they would be doing it asked me if there was any special things that I wanted which I did assured me that the job would be done in a professional manner and I was very impressed with the crew they sent out they were obviously very experienced and completed the job as stated by the representative in the time it was to be completed cannot say enough about the workmanship it was excellent

Adrian and Danny did. Fantastic and professional job yesterday! They picked up a bathroom vanity that I'd purchased from Lowe's and installed it after removing the old on. They modified the surrounding floor tile and wall coverings very well as well as repaired a copper water line and 2"" angled broken garden drain. Everything looks and works great! They were also delightful to work with :)
