Taking a shower can be very irritating especially when you have very low pressure, it's like you're in there forever just to get cleaned. So I had made a phone call to top sewer Los Angeles, and although they are very busy they said that they were able to help me out the same day. Fernando came by and his assistant Danny and it was a blessing because they were great to work with and to communicate with as well. They are super funny and that goes along way with me, I will be recommending this plumbing.

I had a water leak late on a Friday on a holiday weekend. This left me scrambling to find a plumber. I called 8+ companies and no one would help. Even though they were fully booked Top Sewer was the only company willing to help me out and find a plumber on short notice. Sako was professional and at his best. Highly recommend.

Everyone is really busy right now and I wasn't able to get ahold of a plumber until these guys helped me out. I sent them a picture of what was wrong and even though they couldn't service it right away they gave me all the advice I needed over the phone without charging me anything. They were able to schedule me in quickly.  The Plumber and apprentice arrived on time.  I got a text msg that they were on the way about 20 minutes before they got here.  Both used masks and social distancing which was appreciated. They had the necessary parts for the repair with them and got the job done in a timely manner. I did not find the bill unreasonable as I sometimes have in the past where the contractor seems to adjust his rates based on the zip code.  I definitely will use them again in the future should the need arise and would recommend them to my friends.

Top Sewer replaced the drainage lines under my house  and also the drainage line to the street. They were very professional and did the work in a timely fashion. In addition Westco Rooter was responsive to my queries on various aspects of the job. I am completely satisfied with the experience and would recommend them to my friends for their plumbing needs. They are also excellent at smaller jobs.  I wouldn't use any other plumbing service.

When first searching Yelp for a plumber, Top Sewer LA stood out because of the multiple comments saying that they were helped over the phone, without a visit or a charge. I called the number provided and gave my project break-down to a nice woman. She told me Danny the plumber would call me back. I received a call from him a few hours later, as promised, and he tried his best to help me out over the phone and through photos. One of my jobs required him to visit my home. He worked fast and got the job done. I felt an honest, genuine vibe from him. I will give him a call again if needed.
