Top Sewer replaced the drainage lines under my house  and also the drainage line to the street. They were very professional and did the work in a timely fashion. In addition Westco Rooter was responsive to my queries on various aspects of the job. I am completely satisfied with the experience and would recommend them to my friends for their plumbing needs. They are also excellent at smaller jobs.  I wouldn't use any other plumbing service.

When first searching Yelp for a plumber, Top Sewer LA stood out because of the multiple comments saying that they were helped over the phone, without a visit or a charge. I called the number provided and gave my project break-down to a nice woman. She told me Danny the plumber would call me back. I received a call from him a few hours later, as promised, and he tried his best to help me out over the phone and through photos. One of my jobs required him to visit my home. He worked fast and got the job done. I felt an honest, genuine vibe from him. I will give him a call again if needed.

I called around 6pm as I had a leaking pipe in the kitchen. They asked me to text them pictures of the pipe in the kitchen then responded with a price to fix the issue. They arrived within 25 minutes and were able to fix the leak. The guy was helpful and respectful. Overall pleasant experience and recommend to others.

We had a mysterious leak coming from the upstairs bathroom dripping into the kitchen below. We had 2 different plumbers here who couldn't identify the leak before Adrian finally was able to find and repair it. Adrian was very communicative about every step of the process and in everything he found in our ceiling as well as his recommendations. The company was also very quick to respond and incredibly communicative about updating us on when we could expect Adrian to arrive. Additionally, he was safer regarding Covid safety than any other contract worker we've had in our home. He even wiped down surfaces he touched with disinfecting wipes. Nice to have our problem finally solved!

Constantly kept us updated on what was going on in the implementation and kept us safe and neat throughout the process. Came across some problems during the fit that were the outcome of the prior toilet fitting he played with without beating the eyeball!
