I got the best service from these plumbers, they were nice enough to show up on time and for fill every promise that they had given me. I was super thankful that I had chosen this plumbing service, they were nearby me which was also a plus so they came early. They even called before they arrived. Great service and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it the same day. Awesome work and I can officially call these people my team.

Such great service from this team! Was extremely happy with the plumbing service they provided. I was in need of some help because my toilet was acting up. I had no idea and they told me not to worry and sent a technician right away to help me out. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time!

By far the most professional, knowledgeable and thorough company I have ever dealt with. I would strongly recommend and encourage anyone to contact Top Sewer Los Angeles for any plumbing needs. We bought our house a few years ago and the city main has given us issues from day one. A total of 5 plumbing companies and a city of LA have tried to identify and fix the issues with our main line. However, it wasn't until I called this plumbing business that the issue was actually identified and fixed. Had an kitchen sink clog which I was unable to clear and called Dan at this Plumbing Business to help!  With a house full of people during stay-at-home I was hesitant to bring anyone in the house but Dan was awesome.   He replied immediately and was able to come in a matter of hours.  We practiced ""social-distancing,"" and he used side-gate access to minimize contact.  He was friendly and worked quickly but efficiently to fix our problem.  His fee was more than reasonable.  Would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him without reservation.   Great family-owned small business!!!!!

We had been given the run around by two other plumbers when i finally called Top Sewer Los Angeles.  Nicole was very friendly.  They got a plumber over the next day and had our problem (leaks and clogs) fixed the same afternoon. Reasons why are Frank the plumber was well prepared when he arrived at my home. He arrived approximately 10 minutes before my booked appointment at 12pm.

Before he arrived he called me 30 minutes before to tell me he was on he's way. He came in a work truck with there company logo and even offered to wear shoe covers and cover up the kitchen area for the pipe repair he was going to replace.

He honestly made our experience worth it. While he was doing the repair he had very well communication with us and explained every little step he was doing. He gave us comfort in our own home repairing our broken pipes in the kitchen. All is perfect now thanks to Frank the plumber.

There's nothing more embarrassing than an overflowing toilet...but it's even worse when no amount of plunging helps! Top Sewer Los Angeles had been recommended to me by one of my neighbors, and I ended up calling them in a panic when the toilet just kept oozing. I know I wasn't very pleasant to talk to, but they were very patient and let me know to shut off the water supply. Even better, they offered to come down that same day to see what was wrong!When Alex came by, I was blown away by his professionalism and knowledge of plumbing. He took care of the issue immediately and wasn't judgmental about my lack of knowledge at all. I learned a lot from them and now I have a working toilet again. I'm so happy with my experience!

I'm not very active on Yelp, and I don't write too many reviews but when I do it's for a great company like this. I had a major problem with my leaky pipes and low water pressure, I spoke to them over the phone about this and they were able to find out a way to get it fixed already. They sent someone over to take a look and he was very nice and professional. It's up to appointments to get both of the problems fixed which I understood, they gave me a great deal which I was very happy about. Thank you for your help and kindness!
