Reasons why are Frank the plumber was well prepared when he arrived at my home. He arrived approximately 10 minutes before my booked appointment at 12pm.

Before he arrived he called me 30 minutes before to tell me he was on he's way. He came in a work truck with there company logo and even offered to wear shoe covers and cover up the kitchen area for the pipe repair he was going to replace.

He honestly made our experience worth it. While he was doing the repair he had very well communication with us and explained every little step he was doing. He gave us comfort in our own home repairing our broken pipes in the kitchen. All is perfect now thanks to Frank the plumber.

There's nothing more embarrassing than an overflowing toilet...but it's even worse when no amount of plunging helps! Top Sewer Los Angeles had been recommended to me by one of my neighbors, and I ended up calling them in a panic when the toilet just kept oozing. I know I wasn't very pleasant to talk to, but they were very patient and let me know to shut off the water supply. Even better, they offered to come down that same day to see what was wrong!When Alex came by, I was blown away by his professionalism and knowledge of plumbing. He took care of the issue immediately and wasn't judgmental about my lack of knowledge at all. I learned a lot from them and now I have a working toilet again. I'm so happy with my experience!

I'm not very active on Yelp, and I don't write too many reviews but when I do it's for a great company like this. I had a major problem with my leaky pipes and low water pressure, I spoke to them over the phone about this and they were able to find out a way to get it fixed already. They sent someone over to take a look and he was very nice and professional. It's up to appointments to get both of the problems fixed which I understood, they gave me a great deal which I was very happy about. Thank you for your help and kindness!

One of my pipes were starting to leak, and when my plumber came to take a look at it he notice that it was my hose Bibb! So he advise me that I get a frostproof hose bib to make sure that it is extra secured, you could reduce the chances of having any problems like I had just right now so I really want to do this. I called this plumbing business for my parents, because they were not getting a lot of water out of there faucet in the kitchen. It wasn't really a big deal but it was kind of an annoying thing to have! They need it to get fixed quickly because they like to have people over, so I decided to get it fixed! I called her a couple businesses and talk to them, I received feedback but this one stood out the most. The manager that I talk to over the phone and explained the problem over the phone, and actually asked me for a photo. We set up an appointment the same day and the job was also done the same day, I was impressed and thankful!

Plumbing can be a difficult thing to find online because there are just so many. I went with my gut instincts and hired a company that had good reviews.
I was having a drip underneath my sink in the bathroom. And I tried to fix it myself to be honest but, it didn't work.
So I figured that I was doing something wrong or maybe the problem is a little bit bigger. So I gave top sewer Los Angeles a call, and they guaranteed that a technician would be able to arrive on time by the next day at 1 PM.
The technician arrived got right now to work. No fuss, and was able to take apart the pipes and the bottom. After shutting off the water, and he showed me that my system down there was just in need of some minor repairs.
He repaired it quickly. With the correct pipes, and he was out of there in no time. Thank you guys for sending over an amazing technician. Your work was definitely number one.

I had a massive clog!!! So a couple of days now the water wouldn't go down in the kitchen's sink, and I tried everything honestly.
I was told to give a call to a plumber which I have never done before. But I'd decided that I had enough of this. I gave this team a call based off the reviews that I saw on the Yelp.
And I am very glad that I did. The owner or the customer service representative whoever it was sent over a guy who basically brought a giant snake looking thing into my kitchen.
And proceeded to shove it down the Clogged drain. Apparently this is called snaking the drain, which is a term that I never heard of to be honest. But you know what it works!
Believe me it does! They got the clog out in no time. Literally seconds. It's took longer for them to load in and load out. But I was very happy that everything was taken care of quickly.
And he said that whatever was in there has been jammed out. I haven't had an issue since.
