Nowadays it's hard to find quality and striaght up honest plumbers, so I was doing my search and came across top service, the name says it all, jesse took care of the issues in a timely manner, they got all the right equipment to knock out any repairs, thanks again and we ll see you on the next one

Nice guys. Priced really well and were able to finance me as the work that had to be done was more than we could afford on our credit cards. They also came out the next day to double check every piece of work they did. Found a small issue no other plumber would have caught with their work and made it right. A++

Business Owner 2/11/2017 Crystal, thanks for your review. Just a little far from the truth. The schedule time was between 8-10 actually no one told you 8am. We always have a 1-2hour window just in case unforseen delays.
Yes you called at 8:22 also we called back at 8:24. You stated if we couldnt be there at 8am then you refused service. Due to the fact you had multiple companies coming out this morning for estimates. We stated tech was already dispatched he was actually a few streets away. You stated you had another plumbing company coming at 9am and that you didnt know how it was going to work out for you. Pretty messy when you call several plumbing companies to show up at the same time.
Actually out of respect for you we just offered to stop the tech from showing up if that was easier for you since you had another company coming at 9am.
There shouldnt be an apology if we where within our time slot our tech would of been there by 8:30am. Summer stated between 8-10 only before 9am or after 9am is what you stated so the other company could come in and perform there estimate.
So again we did nothing wrong to accommodate you.

This review was posted 12 months ago. A year ago! And Crystal still feels the need to keep yelping and bashing a good, Honest company for no reason. My response is valid period!
Also never performed any work for you period so how is it you can keep bashing a company that didnt perform work for you? You never had a real experience with our company. Must not have anything better to do if your reposting a 1 star review again for the 2nd time months after the first review.
Were actually glad we didnt work for you. I am owner I know what took place and I was actually the technician to service you that day. I am still in the field as you can read all the reviews that mention me personally from real customers that recieved real service from our company and team.
Not a customer that had there own scheduling dispute and discrepancies.
People will read this and see how childish this review is that was updated months later again. Get a life ridiculous how you can continue on to bash a good company for no reason. You are not a regular yelper to begin with you have 2 reviews and both our for our company.

Brandon did an amazing job on my old tub shower handles. I broke one off and they were so old there were no parts. He re-worked the entire system and out in a lovely Moen single handle shower valve. Great job! I'll use them again for sure!

I recently had my water heater go out, and I gave this company a call to come for an estimate....they arrived on Monday morning and gave me 3 quotes, one for $3100.00 and another for 2700.00 and the last one which I reluctantly agreed to at 2475.00, I was desperate, and sadly this was on me. I as a dummy agreed to pay them this amount. I am a senior citizen on Social Security and live in the Colony, and this is how they treated me. For the sake of curiosity, after my problem was resolved, I got 2 other estimates, for under 1500.00 including, of course, the heater, In hindsight, I should have gotten the estimates before hand, but I needed the heater fixed asap. I live in a retirement community and have access to 1800 homes. I plan on putting into our newsletter that Top Service Plumbing is not a plumber who offers a fair price for their services, 2475.00 to provide and install a water heater is a rip off, a rip off, I sadly chose to pay. But I needed the heater installed and could not wait.

I submitted a request on Porch.com and they called right away and was the first to call among others. They showed up at the beginning of the window of 1-4 which I thought was excellent due to the nature of our sink issues. Brian was great and did not want to leave until the problem was resolved. Thank you Top Service. Will be calling again for other plumbing needs in the future!!! A+
