I've called upon them for emergency plumbing issues (water heater and lines running from water heater to appliances replaced). No issues a year later and workers were polite and professional. Dispatch is quick and responsive. Having major work done soon. Have an appointment for cost estimate. I'll write back on how that goes. Highly recommended for emergency services. Great for local customers.

This place is probably the worst plumber that you could try. They are unreliable. I cannot tell you how many times they said they were coming and did not show up or they said they were coming between a certain hour and I had to call them later that day to ask where the hell they were and they charged me a premium for coming. One time instead of repairing the copper pipe the guy put rubber around it and clamped it and I didn't know until later when it burst and flooded two floors. They don't know how to say they're not commercial plumber, so they work on commercial stuff and use residential materials which are different. Wanna save yourself some money? Shut off your water and find a good plumber.

Always reliable, and their quotes are always reasonable. We have an apartment building that always needs service, and we've used Top Rooter for jobs of all sizes, from regular plumbing to replacing showerheads, inspecting sewer lines, and even installing a laundry room.
They come out fast, and are always accountable for their work.

Top Rooter is the best in the Southland. I manage a 4 Unit small Apartment and it was built in the late 1800s so pluming is a issue. Never had a problem, pricing was unbelievable and professional as you can get. Nobody can best Top Rooter. Nobody.

Don't go to these fancy franchise place go with Top Rooter.

I was so impressed with Top Rooter's quality of service. I am a realtor and often help my clients connect with home inspection services.
Jesse came to the house to inspect the sewer line. He was so knowledgeable, courteous, professional and neat! He took his shoes off before walking into the house & explained to the buyer what services he would be providing. He was thorough and
when he was done he swept up every bit of dirt that had accumulated on the ground outside! If I could give 10 stars, I would!
