We had a leak in our attic due to defective Pex piping. On course it was on a Sunday. Called a few plumbers, they were closed. Did get a live person at Top Rank Plumbing and they came out Monday morning, fixed the pin hole leak and cleaned up all the fallen sheetrock from our master bedroom closet. They were polite, informative and effective.

Highly recommend this business we had a blocked main suer line that flooded our restroom on Friday night due to the time we decided to have them come the next day Saturday 9-11. Israel and Ryan arrived on the time window given and immediately got to work. Over all I was very surprised and pleased with their efficiency and honesty, they fixed our problem right away and gave us options on another minor issue. Top Rank Plumbing is the best service company I have ever worked with.

I got bids from 3 plumbers for replacing or fixing an Insta Hot faucet in the kitchen and for replacing a disposal. Top Rank Plumbing was the fastest to get back to me, the most competitive bid and the best to communicate through the selection process.

We had three plumbers try to fix our Insta hot. Only Top Rank Plumbing pulled it off. I even bought more parts ahead of their visit. Israel and his right hand man sized up the situation and went to a local hardware store and figured out how to get the right couplers to fix the Insta Hot. They were so creative. A MacGyver moment for sure!

Even though the job took a lot longer to do given the hardware store run they wanted to keep the bid the same. I gave them a big tip. Very competent and creative plumbers.

Israel showed up the following day was able to trouble shoot, answer questions, explain functions, and go out his way to find the thermostat needing to fix problem in a fast efficient manor. Late yesterday evening we discovered a small flood under our kitchen sink and determined that the hot water valve to the sink and dishwasher was inexplicably leaking and probably had been for hours. Turning it off didn't change the situation and possibly made it worse. We were somewhat panicked but found great reviews on Yelp for Top Rank Plumbing and gave them a call. They were able to come out within 2 hours, were right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the valve and, voila!, no more dripping water under the sink. Thank you, Israel and Ryan! We will definitely be calling them for some work needed on an outdoor faucet - highly recommend!
