I had a drain backup in our house. I called Alpha Male on a Saturday at around 10:30. Israel was here at 12:00. He cleaned out our drainage pipes in the house and showed me the cause of the backup. My lady had a late night gardening incident and the hose would not shut off even with the main turned off. Called Alpha Male Plumbing who responded quick on the phone and had someone come by within 30 minutes. Before the serviceman arrived, he called in to give some assistance over the phone while he was on the way.

When Israel got on site, he fixed the problem and had his door open for any questions and concerns. Took his time to explain/educate, so definitely keeping their service for future.

Yesterday I was doing a load of laundry and water started pouring out of the toilet in the laundry room, water started coming out from under the washing machine and it was bubbling up in the sink in the laundry room. I contacted Alpha Male Plumbing and they set up an appointment right away. Israel came out and he diagnosed the problem and cleared the line. He had to take the toilet off, move it in order to drain the line. He did a camera inspection of the pipes and let me view the camera so I could understand the condition of the pipes. He went underneath the house to check out having the one older line replaced in the future and gave me an estimate. He was working in 105 degree heat. Israel is very professional, he did a good job, he cleaned everything up, put the toilet back. He also fixed another broken toilet in the house, and fixed a faucet in one bathroom. He's very handy and easy to get along with.

Don't let the business's name put you off; the owner is not chauvinistic or a bully at all. Israel and his crew labored long and hard (in this heat!) to replace an old, blocked sewer pipe. The needed repair options were clearly explained to my husband and I. Also appreciated were the after-job clean-ups and the senior discount. Alpha Male Plumbing went above and beyond to do the job right, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
