Steve was very professional and was really good at explaining as to why things were happening. His plumber,Kendall fixed the slab leak inside our garage and did a great job by means of rerouting through the kitchen and was really efficient and prompt.

My experience with Top Quality Plumbing has been stellar, in large part due to Kendall, who I originally called because I notice that my bathroom floor was flooded. I had no idea how it happened or where the water was coming from. He showed up within 2 hours and immediately knew the issue. (i called another plumber for a second opinion and he was wrong, rude, and unhelpful)
I also asked Kendall to check my upstairs bathroom for an issue that was seemingly small but ongoing for over a year. It turned out I had a slow leak that was becoming *very* large in damage. Kendall immediately called the correct restoration people, working with my landlord and my insurance, and reassured me the whole way.

Kendall gave me his personal cel and never once flinched when I reached out with my questions, often having to navigate conversations on my behalf with the restoration team and my insurance. He made sure I knew exactly how to file my claim, how long the process would take and everything involved. Kendall taught me a lot about why and how things work in the home, and was always polite, knowledgable and communicative.

I will never use another plumber.

Great job with Steve. My water heater went out on NYD! Steve called immediately and told me when he could come and install a new one. He told me the differences between the heaters and what were advantages and disadvantages. He did NOT try and up sell me. When the installation was scheduled, the technician came on time and was very polite, efficient and hard working.

I have used Steve before and won't hesitate to use him in the future.

There is nothing worse than having a water leak in your house. We had water running near our water heater so we just needed to confirm that it was the water heater that needed to be fixed. I called Steve at top quality plumbing and he agreed to come out the same day at 10 AM to take a look at it. They had a look at it and confirmed it was our water heater. Steve and his Team were professional and told us exactly how much it would cost us to get the water heater fixed. Since we live in an older home we had a smaller tank and Steve was able to recognize that and helped us get a bigger tank so our hot water would run longer. Since The water heater was installed we have not run out of hot water and everything has been fixed. Steve followed up with a call to make sure that everything was fixed and also let us know that if we had any problems to call him. I would highly recommend top quality plumbing because they were able to come out the same day and fix our problem and because of their professionalism.

Found this service on Yelp and glad I did. The water line busted after the meter going to the house. I thought I could fix it myself but couldn't stop the glued connection. They came over within half an hour. I was doing it right but the pressure busted The plumber was super cool and showed this old dog a few new tricks. RECOMMENDED!!!
