Joe is great and efficient with his helper. He has replaced our water heater and helped reroute a drain/vent for a freestanding tub (after we had done all the demolition and pulled up the subfloor). Both jobs were during the pandemic, always wearing masks and keeping windows open.

Only negative thing is that Joe is very busy so it's sometimes hard to get a hold of him. We had an easy time getting a hold of him and scheduling the the water heater replacement, but getting a hold of him for the drain/vent reroute was more difficult -- we almost proceeded to just do the work ourselves, but he came through in the end and did the work quickly and as specified.

Joe's also a very nice guy and a dad who works hard and has a good attitude. Prices are reasonable and we would hire him again if we needed more work to be done.

Joe was recommended to us and we couldn't have been happier. He came out to give us a quote the day I called him, and found a leak that we didn't realize we had. He gave us a few options for what work he could do, talked through the merits of those options, and was able to come back out within 36 hrs to do the job.

He repaired a few abs pipes for us and replaced the original galvanized line. His price was reasonable, and his quality of work and communication are why we'll keep going back to Joe for any plumbing needs.

Joe just fixed a leaking copper pipe under our house that was on the verge of bursting and becoming a bigger problem.

When I initially called for a quote, Joe was responsive and knowledgeable. He showed up to our appointment on time, communicated how long the fix would take, and was upfront (and reasonable) with the price. Happy to say that the leak is all fixed and comes with a 1-Year warranty on parts and labor.

When I started looking for a plumber, I was referred to Joe at Top Quality Plumbing by a neighbor. They highly recommended Joe and couldn't say enough nice things about him and the quality of his work (having just completed a pretty big job for them). Referrals don't get much better than this and now I find myself on yelp doing the same thing. While the job Joe did was small I now know who to call when something bigger does come up! Thanks Joe!
