When my shower and toilet flooded this morning, Top Notch Rooter and plumbing was the first to respond and the most reasonably priced. Frank was great to work with! It started with asking thorough questions on the phone, to get a good understanding of our issues, and continued through the day he arrived to do the job. I appreciated that he gave us options, some were less expensive, but more of a temporary fix, to a more expensive but longer lasting solution. Did not try to convince me to do the most expensive option, but clearly laid out the pros and cons. We went with the temporary fix for now due to the season, but will definitely hire him to do the permanent repair in the fall.

Frank was the fastest to respond when I need to replace a hose bib. He was very courteous and professional. His work was high quality and instead of just replacing the welded hose bib he made recommendations that would allow me to prevent the issue I was in later on. Out of the many companies to choose from, Frank was the 1st plumber to respond promptly on a Sunday morning 0700.
Not only was he prompt, but very knowledgeable, cordial, and experienced.
He was able to troubleshoot my dual kitchen sinks both clogged.
I would recommend his service to anyone in need in b the Beaumont area. The other plumber we used for a different issue I feel ripped is off. Will be saving his card on case we run into other issues in the future.
