I'm an owner of a small remodel company and have used Scott and his crew for many years. He has helped my customers with small things like a faucet replacement to a whole house repipe. Always fairly priced and usually pretty quick to get out to a job. Their knowledge and service is TOP NOTCH and I will always recommend Scott and his employees to any of my customers. Keep up the great work guys!

Our hot water tank needed to be replaced and my husband was given a quote of $1800. When he asked for a price breakdown, the technician Mike said, ""we don't give price breakdowns"". My husband said he needed to know what the $1800 covered so Mike said, ""it'll probably cost more if I give you a breakdown of the costs and our cost is not based on your income"". Basically, the water tank and parts cost $800 and labor was $1000. At this point my husband said he wanted to have another estimate to which Mike replied, ""good luck in finding someone to give you a better price and you're probably going to wait another 2-3 days. Enjoy your cold showers"".
Mike's attitude and poor customer service makes it worth a couple cold showers rather than give this company our business.

The gentleman was polite, knowledgable, and quick with his work.
Knowing what I know after the work was done just makes me question pricing and amounts charged. I paid $545 for two toilets complete hardware replacement. My wife found an exact similar kit used and we could have paid less than $80 to conduct the same repair for both toilets. It is what it is at this point and I've learned a valuable lesson. I'll do more shopping around next time. Just fyi.

For a company that states they are ""reliable and fast"", they have horrible customer service. My mom made an appointment for a Thursday at noon a week ago. They NEVER showed up. At 1230, she attempted to call the company, no answer, she left a message. She never received a call back from the company. If you are not going to show up or be late, at least call the customer and let them know what's going on.

First and last time making an appointment with this company and will definitely NOT recommend to anyone. The company might want to change their name because they are definitely not Top Notch!

Amazing service. They worked with me after i got a couple of quotes from different places that obviously noticed that my husband was gone due to military obligations and tried to take advantage. They came out right away and within 2 hours i had hot water again without breaking the bank. Restored my faith in small businesses and customer service. Called Top Notch Plumbing after hours and the owner answered my call and made an appointment for the next afternoon despite the fact that it was a non-emergency plumbing problem... Mike.. the experienced plumber .. showed up on time .. gave me a reasonable price quote and got right to work .. I had 2 small projects and then a third when Mike pointed out another leaking drain fitting.

Great Work on all 3 projects to my and my Wife's Complete Satisfaction. I would recommend Top Notch Plumbing to Anyone that needs a experienced plumber to fix their plumbing problems or projects !!

We have used the services of Top Notch Plumbing on two separate occasions. Both times we were in urgent need of a good plumber. They not only responded quickly to our phone calls, they also showed up soon after we explained the problem. Each time our problem was diagnosed quickly, and we were given options and a very reasonable estimate for the work to be done. The work was finished fairly quickly; we never got the feeling that the job was taking longer than it should. On each occasion the job was finished & priced out well within the estimate and at a very reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Top Notch Plumbing to anyone in the area.
