Robbie P.1 star for punctuality and communication. Top Notch Plumbing was supposed to be at my home between 10 A.M. - 12 Noon. By 12:10, no one had shown up or called to say they were running behind. I have things to do. I don't have time to wait and see if they are going to show up or not. After no call, I called them at 12:10 to cancel the appointment and told them if they showed up after this point they would not be allowed to do any work for me.
