Had owner come to our house to give us an estimate on a few plumbing things. He was good at making us think he could get our plumbing needs completed in a timely manner. We were wrong!!! No timely manner in getting proposals, no callbacks. We had to call several times and office phone number would not be answered. We finally contacted owner; he promised two dates and times with both being no-shows. We're going with someone who can provide us with the plumbing services we need in a timely manner.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY!!! This company is not reliable. They came out to give a bid for us to fix the manifold which us causing a lot of damage because water is leaking & accumulating under our flooring. We have to replace the flooring because of the damage. They gave a bid & we hired them. They were suppose to come back in a day. That day they called it say they had an emergency but would be here. They called back & said it would be the next day @ 9am. Well even after calling several times ALL DAY...they never called back & we haven't heard anything more. ( it has been a week) obviously we would not let them do any work fir us now. Unreliable & liars. Don't put yourself in the situation we did! We are now trying to find a new plumber!!! I would give them a minus o stars if possible!! Shame on them!. We are small business owners & this is unacceptable & unprofessional behavior!!!

These guys are amazing! I broke the valve under my sink and it was leaking. I got a referral from a friend for these guys and so glad I called them. They were so kind, considerate and did a great job. He even went a step further and blew out the line for optimum performance. THANK YOU Robert and Michael!!!!!!! They deserve a 10 star review.

Our water heater went out, we have a home warranty company who sent out a contracted plumbing Co. After the warranty co told them they would Cover it, the day they were to come out and replace , they sent me a text stating that we needed XYZ and our part was an Extra 900. On top of the 100% they were receiving .
Top notch was recommended prior, for simple kitchen plumbing, but I called Robby and he told me I was being scammed. I got a cash out and Robby Lockridge installed it 100% for the cost of what the insurance company gave us. He also upgraded our water heater and added a lot of extra components. To make sure our home is safe!
Friendly, courteous, very professional. On top of all that he noticed my kitchen sink was loose and he did that and a couple of other things we needed Great customer service. When we sell the house his name will go on the 'Use these companies'

Worst company ever. If its a real company at all. Listen to other reviews and STAY AWAY. They never show up. In one week i was given 4 different times, the next day then the next day and non of them he showed up. No calls. Sometimes answers. They just don't care. They have no responsibility. I don't want to even know the crappy work they will do so i called some one else after wasting a whole week.

This guy was recommended by someone. Came by without calling first. Said he would be back next day to do job..No Show, No Call...you don't do business that way & expect to get referrals. Do Not call this company . I should have checked with Yelp before I called him!!!!He doesn't even answer when you text him.

I with Doug, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I got the same story from Robert Lockridge, that he was working on Jennifer Lopez's house. I just had new countertops installed, got a new sink, faucet and Robert showed up 3 hours late, insisted I buy a new $200 garbage disposal cause the 2 month old disposal was junk, according to him. He was supposed to return to my house the next day, 4:15, so he could hook it all up and be out of my hair, according to him. Well, No Show, No Call and won't answer my call. So my beautiful new kitchen was totally useless without water and plumbing. He comes off very honest, and he maybe a nice guy but if you can't count on him to do what he says, what good is he

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I met the owner Robert Lockridge at a plumbing supply store. The employees there seem to know him well and he came across as honest. He came by my house and told me how he was doing all the plumbing on Jennifer Lopez new house she is building. He gave me an estimate to replace my main water line from the meter to my house. We discussed having the trench dug before he arrived and he said that would be great. He said he would be at my house on a Sunday at 9 am. I texted him back to verify the time was correct because my HOA will be all over me for the big hole in my yard and he texted back YES. My wife and I spent our whole Saturday digging a 20 in deep trench that was forty feet long with a pic and shovel because the trencher we rented would not get through the HUGE rocks in the ground. We worked from 8am to 7 pm digging. I sent him a pic of the trench with the caption see you at 9 am to let him know I held up my end of my word. In the morning 9 am came around and he was a NO SHOW!!!! I called and texted him and he would not answer. Now my HOA is not happy, I was fined because the work was not completed in the time specified and now because I'm in a jam every plumber I call wants almost the same amount as if they dug the trench themselves. Do yourselves a favor and stay as far away from this guy and company as you possibly can!!!!!!
