I have been fortunate to avoid any plumbing disasters until this year. Had to get a toilet cleared and water heater installed . Top notch came out and customer service was awesome as well as the service . These guys tell you what you need and don't try to take advantage of you or up charge you for anything . Highly recommend for your plumbing needs

Do not use this company. I recently hired them through my property management company to repair an AC system for my rental. They told me that it could be fixed. No estimate for replacement even though they knew the system was very bad, didn't provide invoices until 2 months later, charged me over 10 hours of work and gave up at the end. I believe the technician was an apprentice because he couldn't general an estimate for replacement himself and kept trying to fix it. The 3rd order was not approved by me, and the technician was there for only a few minutes and quickly announced that it was irreparable. For those few minutes, they charged for $395. Normally, no business would charge customer except the first service call if nothing was fixed, but I had to paid them for over $1,300 for nothing they had fixed. I eventually had to hire another company to replace the system. I have been arguing for 2 months, they still insist that it was my mistake to give the authorization. Don't use Top Notch. They are unprofessional and greedy.

NOW I understand why Top Notch Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning is called Top Notch. My hot water circulating pump stopped working and with a 3600 sq. ft. home there was a lot of wasted water while waiting to get warm. Top Notch was called and showed up the next day. The problem was solved and hot water is now instantaneous. There was a minor problem after the plumber left...no hot water! A call at 8:00 at night was answered by a friendly, and I assume, after hours answering service. When I related my problem she said she would have someone call back shortly. Not 5 mins later, the owner called and said he would have someone out within the hour. 40 mins later, the plumber was back and fixed the problem. In this day and age, customer service is key to a lasting relationship with any service company. Top Notch provides the best.

Top notch saved my bacon. They were able to figure out the problem and fix it in a short amount of time. What do you do when you have four girls living in your rental house and it all backs up. Don't waste your time with the other guys as I did, call Top Notch. they will save you weeks and much cash in the process. They came right out solved what others could not and tenets are showering again. They are my new best plumbers, they should be yours as well.

This company is really TOP NOTCH!!! My husband contacted them so that we can get our AC serviced. Everything was done well and clean. Sadly, we have forgotten the guy's name, but he seemed friendly and patient. He was outside in the hot sun working away until he was done. My husband and I also just got two chocolate bars, a nice wooden plaque and business card in the mail today! So sweet! Thanks TOP NOTCH!!!

What a Top Notch company!!!! Had a late Sunday night AC break down, called the 24 hour hotline and the team was able to accommodate my call. The appointment took less then 30 minutes and the unit is up and running. THANK YOU Top Notch!! Your now the first call I'll make when trouble comes my way.

Thank you Top Notch for AGAIN coming through with excellent service & price! Your number is the only one I will ever dial when I'm having crisis in my home. My A/C was not keeping my house cool. They sent a service tech and resolved my issues within a few hours. It's been a week and my house hasn't felt this cool since the heat wave hit. I've used their services for plumbing / A/C in 3 different circumstances. Each time they gave a fair price and was punctual , professional , polite and provided some informative information on what I should do in maintaining my home so the cost is minimal .

AC went out and selected company through a referral from my brother but it helped that their diagnostics charge is half of what their competitors charge...$49!!! They had a tech out next day. Very courteous and professional and even tolerated me peaking over his shoulder as I love to learn what I can in case system goes down again in the future. Could have easily told me my unit was shot and had me purchase a new one but was able to get my very old compressor going again. Definitely recommend!!

Pulled up to my Office Water coming out the front door and down the street! Called Top Notch came out right away, they helped me contact Restoration Company to dry up the water. Top Notch fix the broken pipe in the restroom. Gave me a free office/warehouse inspection of all pipes, values, water heater ect....... Service Tech polite and knowable very helpful in this stressful moment, contact the insurance company for me, took pictures needed for insurance. With Top Notch's help I was able to keep business intact and operating through the water damage. I would refer them in a heartbeat.
