This company and my landlord are screwing me out of $400 for a hour of work. Jeremiah spoke to me as though I was the dumbest blonde he'd ever spoken to. The disrespect put me in tears once he and Miguel were gone. Don't use them.

They showed up same day we called they wanted to come earlier but our power had gone out before 12 so they waited for our call and ended up showing up at 1:15 and everything was resolved by 2 , Jeremiah and his assistant Danny did great work and were very easy to talk to answering all our questions. Thank you so much good service is hard to get .

Top Notch Plumbing have done several plumbing jobs for us. So thankful for the referral we got to them from our neighbor. The most recent job Scotty & Andrew were very efficient, courteous to me, kept me informed about the worked needed to to done and kept their job area clean. They even wear booties to cover their shoes so they don't track dirt or snow in the home. Top Notch has been reasonable in their pricing and all work has been done well.

I found this company on Yelp. I needed somethings checked in my home while it was listed for sale. There was an issue and they just finished the work yesterday and did a great job! Roland is amazing!

I instructed my contractor to hire the best in town and I was very disappointed with the outcome. There was some kind of misunderstanding, at fault of Top Notch Plumbing LLC and they made it seem like it was the contractors fault. Very deceptive and Adrian was very unprofessional pointing the finger instead of providing great customer service. Maybe I need to give the folks with less than a 5 star review. I felt like a second class citizen dealing with Harold and Adrian.

I've heard nothing but good things about this company until now. Harold had given us permission to add them on as the plumbing contractor for a project here in the Greeley area. Top Notch was on the permit since 10/01/2021. Until today, 10/07/2021, when the estimator seen the scope of the project it was not an issue. I spoke to, Adrian Vigil, the owner and his response was that it was ""shady"" to add them on the permit without permission. My intention was to hire them for the work so per city regulation you have to add them to the permit. I'm a contractor myself with a 5 star review across all platforms and I would never do so without permission. I'm not sure if it was something they didn't want to do or if Harold was afraid to get in trouble for the misconception but I don't believe this to be great customer service at all and was very offended that my integrity is at question. It is also not a good look for the building inspection department for my 5 star business.

We had a great experience with Top Notch. Noel is great coordinating the work. The estimate was appropriate for the work we were having done. Only thing is I wish they had weekend coverage.
But great experience and will use again.
