Called Top Notch Plumbing for a stopped up drain in the kitchen. Santana and Ronnie used a snake to clear the drain then used a camera to show me the sludge remaining in the drain. This morning Andrew came and used a hydro jet to completely clear the drain of all sludge and debris. Very happy with all your guys. They were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Their technician Fabian was willing to troubleshoot, assess, and correct the issue with me over the phone since I was still at work. Technician was helpful and informative and able to resolve the issue in a very short amount of time. As for the dispatch woman.. I'm a busy guy with a lot of responsibilities, try to be a little more compassionate when I'm expressing my concerns with the scheduling conflict. Don't immediately accuse me of lying about the time I agreed to and suggesting to bring up our recorded phone calls. She jumped the gun a little bit, and came off a bit rude and condescending. I was just trying to explain that I wasn't going to be there, and wanted to make sure the issue could still be resolved. Fortunately the technician was extremely communicative and everything was able to be squared away in a few phone calls with him. The techs are where it matters the most, so I stand behind my 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately we had to have our whole house re-piped due to a major slab leak. Jeff, Sarah and Jaime from Top Notch provided the best quality service. They made the whole process as quick and easy as possible, and did not overcharge at all. Jeff had a large crew in here and led the whole job with perfection. Sarah's customer service is amongst the best I have experienced as well. They also referred a dry wall repair company that did some of the best work I've ever seen. I recommend Top Notch to anyone needing any type of plumbing work. Hopefully we're done for a while, but we will call them again and again if ever needed. Thank you guys!

You're correct, my gas line was indeed locked. Even more of a reason to think you took advantage of the situation and of me.

I don't care what you offer, charging $650 to make one cut , 20 minutes to do a 30 minute pressure test, for a grand total of 45 minutes of your time, is dishonest and just short of stealing money.

You took complete advantage of a senior citizen that needed his gas turned on and charged $650 for a simple 45 minute job. That is a fact that you cannot deny.

As a small business owner, you should understand the power of transparency and truth. Nothing in my review was false. I've changed bad reviews and I've deleted bad reviews. If I misunderstood something I own up to it. There was nothing to misunderstand about me having to shell out $650 for 45 minutes of your time in order to get my gas turned on.

Shame on you.
