We needed our washer/dryer bin changed and they found the correct bin for us, moved our stackable washer dryer, installed the new bin and did all of this in a timely and professional manner. The fee was reasonable and I definitely will use their services again in the future.

I wanted to replace some drains and water lines before doing some remodeling to my bathroom and laundry room. I called several companies to get some estimates, mostly acquired from Yelp. It was more painful than it sounds. A friend of mine referred me to Top Notch. Jaime was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I was ready to just replace everything which would have been expensive. After dropping a camera into the drains,, Jaime noted a few areas that could use some work. Instead of the easy (and expensive) quick fix of replacing everything, he made recommendations to line a couple areas of pipe that were offset and only replacing an area of pipe that needed it near the kitchen. We went ahead and booked the job.

Everything was great. The communication was awesome. From having to leave msgs and getting a quick call back, getting texts when soneone was on their way to getting emails with the estimates. I've been dealing with lots of contractors recently for work at my mom's house (pool renovating, new shower built, bathroom remodels, concrete, patio reno, garage door). So hard these days talking with contractors and having them get back to you in a timely manner or in some cases getting any kind of response at all. Jaime and his team were not only easy to communicate with, they were on time, professional, safe (wore masks), tidy and worked with my schedule.

Thanks Top Notch. You did an awesome job! I'll have to call you guys again when I'm ready to do more work on the house. Gotta replace the water lines and maybe add a softener.

We were having a major leak in our bathroom and didn't know what the source was. I called into the office and they were able to send a tech out quickly. Jeff arrived in the window of time, repaired the leak from a urinal faucet and also cleaned out the aerators in our sinks to create better water pressure (another issue we were having). Would absolutely use them again!
