We were informed that our water pressure was way too high and a pressure regulator was highly recommended. Gordon quoted us the best price. He and Cameron were here the next day. They also replaced some valves and some piping that had started to leak. We were very happy with his work and will definitely call him again.

Gordon from Top Notch came out to install a toilet. It wasn't a big job, we all knew that - I just didn't want to do it myself since we had just replaced a floor due to a leaky toilet I installed. Top-Notch was quick to respond, gave a fair price, set up the appointment, showed up on time, did the job and the toilet works great.

I guess I was especially happy he handled it so seamlessly because I had just wasted time on multiple phone calls and texts with another local plumber who had me measuring and fretting. So, it was a relief to get a quick fair quote and have the job done no muss no fuss.

I will most definitely be calling Top Notch again.

Spent quite a lot of money towards these guys.. wish I had gone with someone else. They did a good job but price seemed steep and we had some big issues with his customer service. Maybe I caught the guy on a bad day or something but he was aggressive and combative, especially with my tenant. He tried to pin the blame on her and her infant son. They had used the jacuzzi tub only about 2 times.. while talking to him she said ""once or twice"" and then later in the conversation said ""just a few times"", so he got aggressive with her and then told me ""she can't keep her story straight"". My tenant gets along with everyone but sent me a huge text about how mean he was towards her. I can't have that, switched to a different plumber from vista.
