After a few years, more things needed fixing. I called Top Notch again based on my first experience. I am happy to say nothing has changed. Gordon, the owner, showed up early for the appointment. The kitchen sink faucet replacement while not necessarily a hard job had enough trickiness involved that I am glad I called in a professional. He took care of a clogged pipe as well. Again the time it took to do the job was reasonable as was the cost. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to use Top Notch.

We bought a new refrigerator with an ice maker and needed to install a water line. When Gordon came and pulled the old refrigerator away from the wall he pointed out that we already had a line and that nothing further needed to be done. He didn't check to confirm that the shut off could be opened and closed, he didn't notice that the line coming out of the wall didn't have a fitting. We were charged for his time to come out.

When the refrigerator came the next day we had to have him come back out to put the fitting on the line, requiring the refrigerator installers to need to make another trip because he refused to connect the line from the wall to the new refrigerator.

When the refrigerator installers returned the fitting was put on so far down the line that it wouldn't fit the line from the fridge. I had to again call Gordon and this time he walked me through how I could adjust the fitting.

Had my pipes break lose while doing dishes. He came the day we called and had it fixed immediately. Not only that but he noticed other parts were loose and tightened those as well! I'd recommend Top Notch to anyone.

After changing cable services my technician let me know there was standing water under the house and that I probably had a leak. Called another plumber to come out and take a look and after describing the situation, he refused the job outright. Called Top Notch - Gordon came out the next day and found the shower drain leaking into the crawlspace under the house; after authorizing the repair with my landlord he quickly fixed the problem within his quote. Outstanding service and would not hesitate to hire again. Thanks Gordon!

I called Gordon after my toilet stopped up a few times, and I could no longer clear it with a plunger. Gordon answered the phone bright and early and promised to be there no later than 11. I let him know my roommate had to leave at 11:30 for work and he showed up at 10:30 instead. He quickly snaked the drain and gave us a very fair price. For two girls who are never home because of crazy work schedules, we appreciate him coming out on short notice, being wonderfully friendly, and fairly priced. We will call him again if ever the need arises.

Today I had top-notch plumbing come out to fix my shower and toilet. They refurbished both systems for under 500, which I felt was reasonable! Highly recommend!

a few years ago I called Top-Notch to help fix my pressure valve on my water heater. Gordon came out and fixed it up right quick. I was quite satisfied with the work performed. Due to this, I recently called him again to remove my solar water heater and he did an awesome job. The two water heater tanks had had lots of work over the years with respect to the piping; such that it was quite the puzzle of pipes. He cleaned up the piping to my electric water heater and even capped off the up/down flow pipes to the roof for when / if I want to get a new solar heater. Gordon was friendly, courteous and did a very good job!

We had a pretty bad leak start on our house shutoff valve on Friday night. I called on Saturday morning around 10 AM when my normal plumber couldn't schedule me for nearly a week. Gordon was here within 30 minutes, had all parts on hand, and finished in about an hour. Everything was soldered (not compression fittings) and it looked fantastic. The pricing was VERY up-front and Gordon is a stand-up guy. I think he may have won himself a long-term customer with this job. He really saved us on this one. And on top of it, he quickly quoted me what it would take to install a water heater in the future. Great find.

We had an issue with leaking water from our bathroom on the second floor to our first floor. I called this company because of the excellent reviews, and I must say I was not disapointed. The technician was wonderful to work with, polite and knowleable, and explained everything from start to finish. I felt that besides fixing the problem quickly, and letting us know what was going on, he had great customer service. I will would call him again in a heartbeat. I was very satisfied.
