LITERALLY AMAZING. From initial call time to completion was maybe 3.5 hours? We were notified of unusually high water usage by our utilities and upon investigating discovered a leak. I called about four different companies but Top Notch had the best response time and our tech was SO wonderful. Identified the spot of the leak with no problem. Explained what happened/caused it and fixed it good as new! We were expecting to pay at least double what we ended up paying. Would use again, but hopefully never have to!

This company is awesome! I called after hours for an emergency situation and the owner came within 30 minutes so we could get our water turned back on. Fair price and quality work. Can't recommend highly enough.

Top Notch installed a brand new Rheem water heater and now, 18 months later, it has a defective gas valve. When I called Sunday morning, Alex tells me to call his partner, Manny. No answer to either my call or text. After texting Alex again, Manny finally calls and tells me it was a known problem and to call Rheem myself--he took zero responsibility.

We have company for the holidays, so I complained about such treatment; Alex said he would get the part and get it installed today, but for a charge. Fine. However, now Manny has his ""feelings hurt"" and refuses to take care of it for a week. A defective water heater and a ""professional"" with hurt feelings... what am I to do?

I just spent another $1,600 for new water heater from a reputable plumbing company. Stay away from these guys!

Called on Easter Sunday but didn't expect any answer. I was flabbergasted when Emmanual answered. He had Alex come by on Monday morning before 8a! The shower was leaking at the bottom, Alex and his helper made quick work of the repair. They installed the shower close to a year ago. Super pleased they stand by their work.

They came to my rescue within an hour of my call and fixed my newly remodeled shower drain on the spot without charging me. Emmanuel and David just came by for the second time to my home. Every time this company comes, they wear masks, they are respectful, and they get the job done better than anyone else (trust me, this is the 3rd company we have tried out). They clean up their mess. They are so great about communication, they will keep you in the loop about everything. I do not suggest any other plumbing business than this one - these guys are the REAL DEAL. Seriously amazing work. They are not only fixing other companies mistakes now, but also going to the root of the issue.
