Mark responded to my request via the Yelp messenger in a prompt fashion. Gavin was scheduled to come out and give us a quote for replacing a drain pan in our second story laundry room, which was a bit of a strange job. After telling Gavin we were planning to replace the flooring with tile, he offered a solution I had not thought of. He told us he would cut in through the old floor to fit the new drain pan, then return to install after the tile was in place. I am grateful for this solution, and I was very pleased with his work! He also installed two toilets for us. All of Gavin's work was outstanding, and he was very personable and friendly. We will be contacting Top Notch for our future plumbing needs! Thank you!

I contacted Top Notch needing two leaks fixed and a vanity sink installed. Mark gave us an estimate over the phone and offered to send someone out the next morning. Gavin arrived on time the next morning, was super professional and friendly, and took care of all three jobs in a couple hours. Price was very reasonable! Top Notch will def be our new go to plumber.

Just wanted to pass along my recent experience with Top Notch Plumbing and Drain (locally owned) - Owner: Mark Felice.

We had a bit of an unusual request for a plumber which was replacing/installing an outdoor submersible sump pump, near the pool.

My project started on Yelp - where I found Top Notch and many other plumbers. Top Notch actually responded via Yelp on the weekend, so by the time Monday rolled around I had estimate appts. already scheduled!

He was then even able to schedule the work the following day.
It gets better the next day he was able to start early-which as many of us know getting contractors to merely ""show-up"" is half the battle. Mark was professionally dressed, great communicator, and provided a fair estimate. Today he called first, showed up early, finished faster than he thought, was open to some changes in the project scope, and his price came in under his quote yesterday...Under Promise + Over Deliver!

Needed a couple of jobs done (shower cartridge changed and plumbing redone for second bathtub/shower) and response was great. Gavin showed up the time he said he would. Was personable, courteous, respectful and efficient. Had needed supplies in truck and finished within the time he estimated. Definitely will be using again!

Had a gas line that ran from a valve on the side of my house to my BBQ that was leaking. I called several plumbers on Yelp and no one wanted to touch a gas line...until I found Top Notch. Gavin came out, did a great job was super professional and very personable. Price was reasonable and the fix should (newer poly-based gas line) probably last longer than the house. Would definitely recommend Top Notch Plumbing.

We needed to replace our hot and cold shutoffs under the sink to get a new dishwasher as they were corroded. Home Depot wouldn't replace our dishwasher till that was completed. I contacted Mark and he was very responsive and professional. Not to mention their quote was very competitive. They came out the next day and not only replaced the valves but installed our dishwasher. Gavin was friendly and very knowledgable. I highly recommend Top Notch as their name resembles their work.
