I had a Great Experience with Ramon and his wife at Super Beez Home Improvement . I needed to replace an OTR microwave . I hired a local handyman which was a disaster ! I knew as soon as I met Ramon and his wife they were going to be a good fit for me . They went above and beyond to help me find the right size and color microwave . The space was not a standard size . Ramon searched ( on his own time ) all over to find what I needed . The job went well . They were very professional and nice . I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done professionally and the price was also good . I will definitely use them again .

We have a small 2 bedroom 2 baht rental unit and had used these guys for 3+ years until 2020. They were reliable, responsible and I felt like a great company. They took on a job I gave them $170 to buy the parts for a door I needed repaired and after multiple calls to them and text no response. I had forgotten all about them until they sent me and email asking for my business. I'll never do business with them again and certainly don't appreciate your solicitation after the way you took my money.

Awesome to find someone in Florida that does exactly what they say that they'll do! Super Beez was on time and a super fair quote. Ramon replaced our shower sliding door in less than 4 hours and did an awesome job. They actually saved me money from the original quote! They also came out in a crunch and did some last minute pressure washing of our pool area and overall cleaning of the area. While they were there I had given them about 3 other projects (light electrical, general maint., and repairs) and all of their estimates came in spot on. Love having a trustworthy contact in my area that can get things done. Thanks Super Beez!

I was so Happy when my Girlfriend rev come Drs Super Beez to me. I just moved into my condo. Maintenance is closed due to Covid. I will NEVER use them now!! I called and talked to Kelly (one of the Owners first) . I received an Estimate a few hours later! Ramon came that weekend. I have booked them again. Prices are EXCELLENT! Professional!

He did not complete his job. And does not return phone calls . He did good work if you are lucky enough for him to complete the job. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else

Unfortunately the last two projects have shown that the owner doesn't put clients first when it comes to projects and consideration. He does business his way and you'll deal with it. We decided to have the fans in both bathrooms changed out. On the first scheduled appointment Ramon failed to show up or call. After two hours missing we called him and he suggested his tires were slashed in his neighborhood and he simply failed to call or alert us. He was just too busy dealing with his family and the issue to even text of an emergency or delay. Several weeks later we allowed him another chance and he finalized the project. We chalked it up to a bad day on his part and went on. He went the extra mile to assist and we really liked working with him, so we did not update review as less than the stellar first one. We have since called to have one foyer window replaced. He promised and estimate and failed to respond ten days later. We contacted him multiple times over 4 weeks and still no resolve. He simply avoids call back or text message reply. Wife even asked him candidly if it was us or a job he couldn't handle, and he replied he's just very busy and getting home to late daily. He promised update and once again failed. While Ramon seems to be a very nice guy and does good handyman work, he fails to offer even basic support to clients choosing to work with him. We would no longer offer him to others and feel bad that we must look elsewhere for a better work ethic.

I've used this company several times over many years and have been nothing but 100% satisfied every time. This is a family biz with a personal touch and excellent work every time. I cannot recommend them enough. I am very confused and skeptical by some of the negative reviews.

Don't even think about using these people. Left 2 messages initially...NO callback. Called again...woman answered....no clue Told me a guy will call back to make a date to estimate and do the work...Nobody ever called. I wasted a week with these fools and got nowhere. First rule Call Back Second rule Show up Use somebody else if you want the job to get done...these folks DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS.
