This review is strictly related to the free consultation/in-person estimate Branden gave me yesterday/earlier today. I am trying to upgrade my old bathtub faucet from 3 switches to 1 single switch in my 1977 built condo. I sent over the pictures of the bathtub and let Branden and few other plumbers to look at. Some plumbers told me the price without asking questions/explanation. Some offered me free estimates as usual. Branden was the only one plumber who provided very clear/direct insights on how the upgrade will be challenging as the 3 switches are too close to the spout. An add-on plate, some internal modification work plus some tile work will be necessary in order to make it happen! The guy is very sharp and extremely knowledgeable in what he is doing without a doubt! Anyway, that was the conversation we had yesterday throughout the day. Long story short, he, without any hesitation, offered to come in earlier this evening just to go over everything with me. I felt very lucky to meet him because he took his time to explain the modification process in details. Branden is very polite, friendly, easy going and professional. If you have any plumbing issues, please ask him away! You will find him extremely helpful plus he is a very good listener! Highly recommended!

There are a couple really important characteristics whenever I hire any service professional; honesty/trust, and knowledge. - We had Branden out a couple weeks ago and trust me when I tell you, this dude is who you want at your house when you have any plumbing issues. We had 2 other plumbers out before he came, both were trying to sell us these crazy repairs, which turns out, were not needed. Branden explained everything in detail, gave us a couple options, and then recommended what he would do if it was his home. We took his advice and honestly, we couldn't be happier. Beautiful work, a great person, and obviously a great plumber. We have our guy going forward. Give these guys a shot, I promise you won't regret it.

HONEST. The best word to describe Brandon at Top Guy plumbing. I have had so many plumbing companies come out and overcharge for things that we're not necessary and not communicate what they were doing. I have used Top Guy many times for plumbing needs and have been given reasonable and great service with additional support and help as needed with my million questions!! I have had a kitchen leak, drain clogs, and even had a whole home water system installed by Brandon. He responds very promptly and gets the work done very quickly.
In addition, We LOVE the quality of the water softening system it has changed the game for our house. The water is clean and has helped to improve all the eczema my children.
