This was my first experience in needing to complete a significant home renovation. I received Greg's contact information via a referral and I am so thankful. Greg is honest, patient, reliable and very helpful no matter how many questions you may have! He clearly laid out all aspects of the project and the anticipated timeline, offered multiple options at different price points and provided his opinion on the pros and cons of each. Based on my experience, I have complete trust and confidence in the Top GS team. They were hard working, polite, clean and always on time. The work they executed was wonderful - I have received several compliments from friends and family on the finished product. I immediately asked for a quote for a second project after they completed the initial one. I cannot recommend Greg Stoklosa and his team at GS Construction highly enough. Greg came over multiple times before the project began to finalize the details. His team is courteous, neat, and, most importantly, always reliable. They did a perfect job and even added little details that made the outcome better that we didn't even have to ask for. They finished in the same reasonable timeframe they set at the beginning of the project. In addition, GS Construction was much more affordable than a lot of other contractors. We have gotten so many compliments on their work and have been recommending them to everyone.
