Called Francesca for an appoint-ment on a Monday PM & their plumbing technician, Miguel, was
here exactly on time @ 1PM on Tuesday. I was having a self-purchased Delta Kitchen faucet installed & he went right to work taking out the old & putting in the new. He even had the 2ea
3/8X1/2 brass adapters in his van
that were needed to connect the water lines at a reasonable price.
I found Top Grade Plumbing to be very professional & I'm glad I opened the Val Pac envelope in which they advertise. They have some great ""flat-rate"" deals for various plumbing problems which are the lowest in town. I am having them schedule me for
additional work on which I have had some ridiculous estimates from other companys. I rarely
give reviews, but Top Grade gets my top grade! A+

One of the toughest things about owning a house is to find an honest plumber. We had a leak next to our water main. I called Top Grade at 8 o'clock at night. They had their top plumber, Gilbert, call me back within 5 minutes. He asked me to take a pic of the project and send it to him so he can give me an accurate ballpark price. Right away, I knew he was not the typical rip you off plumber. He came by the next morning and fixed it. He is honest, reliable and very good at what he does. And he is a good man.
