Top Grade Pluming to the rescue! From customer service to knowledge depth of the issues with my plumbing- This has been the most pleasant plumbing experience for me and my family! First with my main bathroom concern (water going from one temp extreme to another) to our water heater having to be replaced! Both issues were resolved in such an efficient and professional manner that I'd like to thank Gilbert for going above and beyond to help us out in such a short notice. They were very thorough and prices were fair to other companies near me. I shopped around for quotes/called other plumbers around the area but Top Grade Plumbing was both nice and welcoming that I went with my gut and was able to get seen that same day! We used Top Grade to open a clogged drain. 3 days later the drain was backing up again. I called Top Grade about it a few days after that, and they wouldn't come back to correct it without charging me again. While I can understand them thinking the job was done correctly at the time, clearly it backing up again so quickly strongly suggests it wasn't. I would expect any business to take responsibility for something like that and to deal with it. I expect better service than this, no matter what the job is. I will avoid Top Grade like the plague in the future because of this.

My main drain pipe was clogged. I called so many companies on Sunday afternoon. Top grade was the only company which picked up. Vivian the receptionist was quick with scheduling a technician to come out same day. The technician Ray was at our front door within one hour of me making the call. Fast responsive service! Not only did ray unclog our drain with the snake. He went above and beyond and used a camera and show us what the problem was with our pipe. Most importantly their price was beyond fair. I know they were being completely honest. I felt very comfortable using this service. I left them a tip and def want to share my experience on yelp for people to see and hopefully use their service when they are in need so that they don't get ripped off and lied too by other shady companies.

as a contractor for 30 years that actually does the work and knows plumbing very well , i felt more then blessed to be connected with this company, mainly the gentleman that was sent out to me rapidly because when you need a plumber you can't wait 4 days to be ripped off ! instead they sent out Horacio Rodrigues within a half hour . i usually do all my own work on my rentals but this is where he came to the rescue , the snake i rented from the depot was not working well but i could not just leave the tenants another day without bathrooms , Horacio understood my problem and it was a bit complex and not normal to repair but he went the extra mile for the tenants and i . and i was impressed with his desire to make things right . he was very creative and productive and this is why i am taking the time to write this review. i just know what to expect from others because i'm in the field religiously and Horacio did right by me . Thank you again for being great at what you do !!! i definitely respect his skills and attention to detail he offered at no additional cost !
