After completing a big cleanup project, we hired Edgar from Top Grade Plumbing to address a toilet issue that had become pretty urgent. The toilet was leaking, not flushing properly, and was overall in terrible shape. We needed someone who could not only handle the labor but also supply a new toilet and bidet within our budget.

Edgar was very responsive and went out of his way to find the right toilet and bidet that fit both our needs and our price range. His installation price was fair, and he did an excellent job with the installation. When he removed the old toilet, he also discovered and fixed some underlying plumbing issues, which was a huge relief. Throughout the entire process, Edgar kept me informed and communicated everything clearly, which was especially important since I was handling my mom's affairs on her behalf.

My mom now has a fully functioning new toilet and bidet, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of Edgar's work. I submitted a Yelp request on a Sunday afternoon and Edgar responded almost immediately. His pricing seemed reasonable and he was available to go out within a few hours.

His communication was excellent, called me to report what the issues were and walked us through his findings. He worked with our tenants schedule, and went back the next day at 4pm to perform a snake and full toilet replacement. The job ended up being more complicated, and he made the necessary replacements to get the unit back up and running like new. While he was there, his communication was excellent! He sent videos and pictures of his findings, progress, and the final result.

We are so grateful for finding Edgar and all his help. He is now our go to plumber and we highly recommend him!

Edgar is absolutely the best when it comes to repairs. This guy came out on an emergency call on a weekend and was able to have my water back up before the sun could set. One repair became two when the main gate valve stuck close after closing it from initial break. Edgar was able to get everything fixed and back to normal. His professionalism and craftsmanship is hands down worth screaming about to everyone that you'll get above and beyond with Edgar. His prices were spot on and worth every penny spent. Can't thank him enough for his quick response and repairs to ensure I didn't go without water other than a couple of hours. Hard to find people that want to work let alone actually do quality work but with Edgar you get exceptional quality and hands down amazing customer service. I definitely will be calling him back out soon for a few projects I was thinking about but know now Edgar can handle them for me, and this time not in an emergency situation.
