Vaugh or Van or Von the 17 year expet at this crime syndicate must have gone to business and plumbing school at K-Mart
Plumbing as a family for business for the past 45 years has taught us that reputation must come before the money.
Vaugh - spent 5 hours on 2 occasions attempting to clear a mainline storage and failed - his solution was to change 700 dollars for nothing and ask me to replace my main at 6100 dollars-
Matt with Rotorooter came within 30 minutes abd cleared the stoppage and gave a 30 day guarantee for 300 !
What a joke Van is and Top Dog should close their doors. In an attempt to solution the fee they said nothing they could do ! American is not even able to go down the toilet cause Vaugh can't even clear a stoppage.....

Matthew was the plumber who came to investigate a leak we had behind some drywall. He investigated for over an hour looking for the source and was very thorough, professional and respectful. Would definitely use these folks again.

I only worked w Scotty for an estimate for some simple stuff on my roof but am going with another contractor. Scotty chose to add stuff to the estimate for my deck which I did not ask for. Also nothing in the estimate was itemized so I couldn't see labor/materials for each repair, and I didn't get a response when I asked for clarification. Next.

Top Dog Plumbing replaced a hose bib on my home less than one year ago and it just failed due to incorrect instillation. I contacted them about the problem and subsequent flooding causing damage to 1/3 of my house and was told it was ""my problem"" not theirs. After waiting a week for them to call me back, the person I spoke with was rude, condescending, and offered no constructive help of any kind. This mistake made by their tech caused a very costly and inconvenient problem in my home and they literally washed their hands of it completely.
