I rarely post regarding a company's services but I highly recommend TopDog Plumbing. They took the time to research the best solution in connecting to Citizen's sewer system. Leon installed a new sewer main line to connect to Citizens sewer system and their team also installed a new water heater. Leon and Logan are standup guys who provide timely and transparent communications. They complete their work on schedule and at a reasonable rate. You can trust them to resolve your plumbing issues in a professional manner.

Top Dog bid a job for us through our property management company. They were extremely difficult to get ahold of. Only once was I able to actually get them on the phone and they never followed up with any of the info they were supposed to get me which included model numbers of equipment they planned to install.

Top Dog also insisted the garbage disposal was broken and needed complete replacement, even when I asked them point blank.

I took their word for it and luckily got some other bids. When a different plumbing co the tenant to schedule the work, the tenant informed them that that the disposal was just leaking and otherwise worked fine.

The other company easily fixed the leak for way less than the cost of a new install.

I'm VERY disappointed in the Top Dog Plumbing and feel strongly that they were trying to take advantage of the situation by insisting it was broken, knowing that I lived out of state and used a property management company. I feel strongly that this was poor and deceitful practice, and DO NOT recommend Top Dog Plumbing

worst company ever! insurance expired and do not renew on time! causing job delay for months!!! plus do not pick up calls at all!!
first time giving negative review in my lifetime! was trying to call this company to find out the status, and this lady picked up the phone and telling me to eat shit, and i don't give a damn shit care about you! i was like wtf!! i paid you to do the plumbing job for my house and now you telling me to eat shit!? this is the rude worst company ever!!! people!! do not ever go to this company unless you want to lose your money and wait for months months months and asking you to go eat shit when you try to find out the status???
